I called this place to do a keyboard replacement. I tried it myself. I droped a screw in the motherboard and fried my Asus Strix ROG laptop. Safe to say, leave it to the professionals.

Guys answered my questions straight up no bs or sales tactics and were honest 10/10 I will be getting all my PC upgrades here.

They have odd l and random things that you would think no else will have. They have good service and are very helpful. If they don't carry a product, they'll direct you to someone that does.

I picked up my new custom computer from PC Station yesterday and I have to say I'm extremely pleased. I was able to get all of my questions answered, I told them what I wanted and they built it (unlike Dell, which takes forever and they charge more). It was ready pretty quickly, the components are solid, and I feel confident that the staff will be there to make it easy when I have questions or need an upgrade, unlike Dell. Great experience!

Impeccable customer service. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. I would definitely come back. They also did a remarkable job.

I wouldnt go to this place. I originally had brought my laptop in for a keyboard replacement. I supplied the replacement keyboard, directly from the manufacturer. They said that they keyboard "isnt getting enough power from the motherboard in the laptop" yet before I took in the laptop, it was working perfectly, just that two important keys were not working. They said the replacement MOTHERBOARD would be $750 bucks which is correct for the price of the motherboard, and they said it would be powerful than the one i have in it, except the one I had in it was a GTX 1070, according to them, it was a 1060. This was incorrect, literally paying for the same motherboard to be put in. When I got my computer back, they said that SOMEHOW the battery in the laptop wasn't receiving a charge, yet BEFORE I took it in it was able to get up to a full charge meaning the repair guy who screwed up my computer killed the battery. So once I got my laptop back, they said the battery is dead and it would be a $135 dollar charge. I gave them my computer to repair at the beginning of August, and I didnt get it back until August 30th because the guy doing the repair COULDNT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM AND HAD TO WORK WITH ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP TO FIX IT. On top of that, I called in one day to check on the status on my laptop, and the nice woman who answered said they were busy and that they would call me back before they closed at 7. I NEVER GOT THAT CALL BACK. So I went in the day after confronting what seemed to be the store owner and said "she shouldn't have done that" and I couldn't agree more. Now a month after getting my laptop back, the replacement keyboard is starting to go out AND the so called replacement motherboard is outputting less power than it should be. This is after $100 dollars for the keyboard and service fee on top of $750 dollar motherboard replacement and a months wait. Im thinking about going back in and having them fix my issue again, no service fee with a refund for my motherboard because the service I got compared to the rest of the google reviews is ridiculous.

I have built a couple PC's a long time ago, 15 years or more. I am not hardcore and have simply lost touch. I didn't want to take the time to learn the new motherboards and components, I'm old now and just don't have time. I explained what I was looking for and what was frustrating about my current PC. Went in 3-4 times asking questions and saving for my build, every time they were polite and informative. I have had my tower for about two weeks now and they knocked it out of the park. Plays C&C Generals like you wouldn't believe. I have never had a computer that some applications wouldn't lag, most load instantly and the computer never slows down. If you want a computer that works well and don't want to fall for the scams of pre-builts, this place is it!!!!

Sold me used ssd drive. Dont buy things from this place.

Always helpful, have all the new tech and good pricing for work on computers. But a bit pricey when it comes to computer components. You can get them cheaper elsewhere.

They are currently selling gaming pc builds without graphics cards included, what a joke

Went here today, Very nice and Truly knowledgeable people, Had almost everything i needed at a decent price Truly recommend for parts needed quickly.

Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and just really great folks. Much better experience than at the big box stores. Highly recommended.

Called to ask a question and the staff was very helpful..got to the store and my experience was even better than over the phone I recommend this place to who ever need a pc repair of part for a new build...way to go

Awesome customer service. They don't stock a lot of parts though so expect to wait a few days for delivery of parts before installation

My computer was making strange fan sounds, like it was working harder then normal. I took the fans into P.C. Station and they gave me some good advice cleaned up the section put some magic paste on one of them and now the computer is running smooth and Quiet. Thanks PC Station.

I am a little disappointed in their stock. In the past it was interesting to visit, but now a days it's pretty pedestrian.

First time visiting with them today. Extremely reasonable and very help and thoughtful service. Please support your local businesses like these guys who are doing great service. They deserve it!

As an " old duffer" kinda a "point & shoot" computer user I was very happy with the staff help today. Panicked today when a year's data just disappeared from my Excel program. I took my computer there and after some searching they were able to find everything. Persistence and knowledge saved the day. Great customer service.

Good pricing and they really know their stuff. I plan on coming back to have them custom build my gaming pc.

I know you want to support local businesses--I do too. But this place is objectively bad. High prices, bad selection, staff don't know what they're talking about, and bad customer service. Save yourself the headache and go across the street to Best Buy. One star because there is no "zero" rating.

The good old days of quality customer service! You just don't get that walking into The Big Blue Busy Buy store.

I walked in today and was immediately greeted by a very busy technician who was working on several machines.
He said he would be with me in a second, and I said, no problem.

Within a minute he addressed my concerns and had a solution.

The store doesn't have a bunch of flair and the craziness of a big box... It's just straight and to the point.

Excellent customer service. One-on-one attention and they are not in a hurry. They explain everything clearly. They took their time and helped me purchase the next upgrade that I truly needed to do all of the work that I use a computer for. My last computer purchased here lasted five years and is still going strong. But I needed a faster computer for the graphic design work that I do. Dallas was an excellent salesman and the company really worked quickly to provide me the computer I needed in a hurry. The price was excellent and so are the people that work here.

Came here to buy a new PC case. Found that the customer service was EXCELLENT and the employees very knowledgeable. They even gave me a little bit of thermal paste on the house so I could reseat my heat sink! I would absolutely shop here again, and would recommend others support them as well!

I get long term support of the computer system I built with them. My keyboard was not preforming well after 7 months and they replaced it in minutes. Did research for me on another product. Great service.

Had to see them install a 3.0 port in my pc send 192.00 and they put 2.0 not 3.0 and then called back just for them to tell me that my motherboad dose not support 3.0 and they could have call me to tell me this before they put the 2.0 ports in Now they say its going to be like 600.00 for a new one and just like buying a new pc wow i am out the money and did not get the help I needed. Now I have to look for another place to get my pc fixed because they are not up front on things and honest with things

a lot of these things are over priced, I was looking at the 6700k and 7700k and I can get them for $100 less pretty much everywhere else

I came to this store looking for a PC Case and Possibly a CPU (2700x) to finish up my First Gaming PC Build. Upon entering the store it seemed pretty basic but I didn t mind. The person who was helping me out really didnt seem like she/he knew what they were selling but, again, I didn t really mind since I knew what I was coming for. All the products that I wanted were in store BUT I asked if they did Price Match just like how Best Buy does and they RUDELY told me they didn t and said No, it costs 55$ extra to keep the lights on . The processor I wanted cost 245$ on Amazon and they were selling it for 300$. Very bad experience at this place. I was also planning to drop around 400$ on this store but the Rude Vibe of one of the people really changed my mjnd. If you want something right now and don t want to wait for shipping then just go to Best Buy. If they have the parts and it s cheaper online then they ll price match for you. Just don t come to this place it s over priced and has very rude customer service.

This place built an amazing Gaming PC for me and have always been there to go the extra mile. I don't go anywhere else for repair or building.

Very good location to buy parts costumer service was great but needing to buy 2 separate parts to just get one is absurd but still great overall.

PC Station has fair prices and good turnaround times. They have been custom building my systems for years. The reason I keep coming back is they are honest, many places prey on ignorance, they don't.

I have been in here twice to ask questions 2 diffrent employees helped me today was Dallas if I remember correctly. Man he was so nice and helped me with every question. Getting ready to build my PC and I'll be buying everything from them. Yes it cost a bit more but the customer service and their help is more than worth it. Good luck trying to get that kind of help from Amazon. They're so knowledgeable and willing to help. 10/10.

Helpful, down to earth people, I felt welcome and supported although my laptop turned out to be unsaveable.

Bought all my parts here a couple years ago to build my first gaming desktop, Chris was very informative and considerate when helping me figure out decent parts on a budget! Definitely recommend this place for any first-timers considering building their own desktop. Mine still works like a charm!

Probably won t go here again. If anyone decides to come here ask for the leading tech. I believe his name was David.

Went in to get my father's laptop fixed and felt like I was given the run around. I had to come in multiple times for issues I'm sure could have been fixed on the first visit.

These guys just wanna make money off u called in for a power port for a laptop and they refuse to sell me the part instead they wanna fix so they can charge me for looking at it when I alrdy knew what I need to fix ....

Nice young man working there named Nick took the time to answer all my questions and show me any product I was interested in from price to function and compatibility I must have spent a good hour there trying to decide what I needed for my build he was very helpful!!! I m still buying parts for my build, so they were extremely helpful on setting up a game plan.

These guys really helped me get at least another year out of a computer that had the blue screen of death with no loss of data. Now that windows 7 will not receive support. I need to take the unit in for conversion.

Traveled around looking for a very specific item for my computer case before I made my way here. They were so helpful! I m very glad places like this still exist, would recommend 100%!!

The computer store has the electronics, cables, parts I needed when BestBuy fell short.

Computer, Printer, cable parts and accessories cost a lot less at this store.

I called, a professional lady answered the phone. She was polite, listened to my needs, checked on the parts/Cables I needed: USB3 A to B connection.

Drove from BestBuy less than 1 mile away. Picked up the part - $17 dollars less than BestBuy.

Going back again.

Good place for repairs. Hardware selection is limited but they're not Fry's so that's to be expected. Great place to pick up parts or systems in an emergency at a reasonable price.

These guys are great! Built a new computer for me over night!! They had all parts needed and David is the man. Make sure to ask for him!!

Now customer service wise they are great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, willing to talk with you not just as a customer but as a person. Which, in a field that is as quickly evolving as PCs is invaluable.

However, as much as I want to support small businesses their prices are just so high compared to every other possible option that I can't recommend them. I mean a component that is $25 other places they have listed for $65. That's an insane mark up and just not a place I'd do business.

EDIT: To answer the question it's the G Skill Aegis 8 GB stick. On your site and in store it's been listed at $65 while on Newegg (fulfilled by them, not a 3rd party retailer) it's been listed at $25 for months.

Good place to get computer parts. Sometimes inventory is low so you want to check but for building a PC they usually are a pretty good deal.

if you want pc parts now and don't mind being way overcharged
then by all means come here and get your parts. BUT they are cheaper every where else, check amazon or go to pcpartspicker.com.

they have saclper prices, $950+,+Tax for a 3070 on top of buying another 2 items in order to buy a 3070. $550+ for a 1660 super , Not Worth It. Please boycott this place! No one should support this scalping store!

Good stock. The only place in town that had what I needed.

Staff here is extremely knowledgeable and have always been nice and patient when we go.
