This place is fantastic! I called on a Saturday morning, they let me bring my laptop right in. Told me they'd have it diagnosed by Monday yet called me back same day to advise on what was needed. Had it done faster than they said as well. All around beat every expectation I had - that's the mark an amazing business. Look no further, highly recommended.

I took my MacBook to PC Pros and they diagnosed it for me. And although I didn t end up needing the repair after finding my old hard drive, I had to post a review because of how well the team treated me here. I dropped the MacBook off before traveling and while on the road I honestly didn t even think about the MacBook but they stayed on top of it, keeping me updated, and when I decided not to get the repair done their attitudes did not change at all. They were just as kind and welcoming and didn t charge me some fee just to feel like they got something out of the deal lol. I can tell these are amazing people who you can trust with your business.

Frank and John are the absolute best! Fast, efficient and will help even once you are home. Wouldn't use anyone else! Highly recommend for court reporters!! My transition was seamless! They are PROBLEM SOLVERS!! 2 thumbs way up!!

i was charged $75 to install a new motherboard and power supply. I got it back and noticed a bent motherboard pin and had to replace the motherboard. i also got the computer back without the LED lights plugged in. i would ve tried to ask for a refund but on their contract they make you sign it states there are no refunds and that their not responsible for any faults done in the inspection or replacement stage.

Replaced a laptop computer screen for a very reasonable price. They respond quickly to phone calls and had the computer back to me within a few days.
