Dan Stark and all the other staff at Harley Davidson of Madison were very helpful and to be honest they had to be very patient as I went through my long process of evaluating lots of motorcycles from Harley Davidson and other manufacturers to directly compare every possibility and find out what motorcycle was the right motorcycle for me. This was about a five month process for me. Everyone at Harley Davidson of Madison was great, they were there when I had questions and respected my privacy when I was distant/silent; in a nut shell, they respected my evaluation process and were friendly and professional without any high pressure sales techniques throughout the process. I ended up with the perfect bike for me and I truly appreciate all the help I got from Dan Stark and all the staff at Harley Davidson of Madison!

Great people, great dealership ... If you are looking to buy a new Harley or used this is the place to go. No pressure sales, but always there to help answer questions and concerns. This is my second Harley purchase (1st new) and chose to drive an hour from Waukesha to deal with them. Clean and organized well equipped showroom. The staff far exceeds a great customer service experience. This dealership staff and their attitude toward customer care is what changed my mind from going to another American product. Cant wait to pick up my Ultra Limited in the spring.
For all of those who are looking into riding for the first time, make the plunge and take a course. I did and I absolutely love it. Nothing like mind clearing, wind therapy. You wont be disappointed. At least make a trip in and sit on the bikes and learn about them. Its easy more fun than you think. Safe riding.

"I would like to thank Howie for helping me pick my first Harley. My husband and I came in with no intentions on buying but to see what kind of Harley I should be looking for when I complete the Harley Davidson Riding Course this summer. Howie gave the best advice on which bike would be best and to know when you have found THE ONE that best fits you. There was no pressure of buying and he spent hours working with us even though there wasn't going to be a sale in the end. "Thanks to the Service and Parts Department for the work on my bike. Everyone I was working with did a super job on getting what I needed for the bike. Everyone answered all my questions without hesitation. Everyone made me feel good about bringing my bike there for service. I could not remember everyone's name but Tracy's. Tracy did a great super job on explaining everything that was done on the bike and also told me a bit more about the issues and how to watch for them. this was very important to me. All in all Harley of Madison has a great crew in the service department. Keep up the great work!"

Then Sheri with explaining the extended warranty that I purchased for my bike. Only complaint was the wait time on my bike that was a month for waiting on parts for the bike which was out of there control. This place is great! Everyone was welcoming and made me feel confident and comfortable in my purchase. It was a great choice for my first motorcycle.

We stopped in on a busy Saturday to check out a bike, and Ryan caught us on our way out, he was very friendly and knows his bikes. We had a great conversation and let him know what bike we were interested in and we started the buying process. Working with Ryan, Sheri and Alex was great! They all were very professional, great communication, and they truly made the buying process fun and enjoyable! We came back on Monday to sign the papers and pick up the bike and it was such a smooth transaction! You guys are wonderful and will be back to support your store for sure!!

"I brought my bike in for post-winter oil change and 32-point inspection on April 8th. Riley greeted me in the service area and we hit it off right away. We ran through what I needed done for service and I had an extra request to remove a passenger reclining peg and install 2 new ones I had brought with me. No prob he said. While waiting on my service to be completed Riley kept me up to speed on status of things, everyone was welcoming as I hung out around the showroom floor and customer lounge. I sparked up a great conversation with fellow Army veteran Alex Griffith for quite awhile and was great to see him and get caught up. Everything was completed, the price was very reasonable, and I was out the door in like 2.5 hours. Truly enjoyed the whole experience and wish to thank the whole Harley Davidson of Madison team for the hospitality and making my wait time not a chore.. Well Done. "

I decided to purchase a motorcycle, and learn how to ride one this year. I saw the bike I wanted online, and called the Dealership, Dan Stark was amazing in orchestrating and hammering out the purchase details over the phone, and even offering to arrange delivery of the bike for me!

I then stopped into the Dealership to see the bike, and they were extremely welcoming, especially of a new rider. A few days later I came in to finish up the paper work, and Rod made the process of signing the paperwork extremely efficient and quick, without pushing any unnecessary add ons.

Dawn helped me get my basic safety gear sorted out, and the dealer just made me feel welcomed into a world I am still familiarizing my self. During one of my Visits I also met the owner of the dealership without even realizing it. They really do make you feel like family here! and as far as dealerships go, very low pressure! After I get some riding experience on my Street 500, I will be back to trade up!
