So I dealt with their subsidiary, PC Express, and that was a disaster, but I came in, and they made things right. I haven't had customer service this good in absolutely ages. Will use them all the time going forward because it isn't about not making mistakes (mistakes happen everywhere), but about how you fix them. They did the right thing.

Honest, fair, great prices and knowledgeable people. They care about the customer and want to develop that relationship. Highly recommended them, but make sure you deal with their Joburg people.
