worst customer service. paypal deducted money from my account and did not place the order that was supposed to be placed. i contacted customer care many times all they are asking is to wait for past one week. my money is stuck and it is the worst payment. if you are giving a good platform to transact atleast give back peoples money that you deduct.

Worst "Paypal Services" in India. Its unfit for indian payment services, when you can adopt to IST. Being an indian payment gateway, better you follow IST rather PST. Worst ever experience.

I have been trying to login to PayPal for a long time. But no OTP is coming. What to do?

Worst HR, they will call you for interview at 9 am, but will come to see you only after 4-5 hrs of no update wait and then say they were busy in some other work, HR person have no courtesy to ask you to go and take break even though they are not going to start the rounds in next 3-4 hrs, don't go there and waste your time, worst company at the first stage,cant be better in working terms and conditions,you deserve better job/people who value other people's time as well.

I would never recommended PayPal to any SME in India or abroad. After more than 10 years of my business with PayPal they just put my account on hold since September 2019 because of little hike in number of transactions. They have the worst customer support in world. Don t trust this company.

Simply awesome office. It feels like being in home. Very spacious and lots of couches and easy chairs in between. Indoor plants, refreshment games, breakout options makes this place simply cool.

My experience with paypal is a trajedy story. The website appears simple and easy process for setting up. However one gets a real experience of disaster in a few days. There is no help desk, call center or even a phone number mentioned on their website. Looks like they dissolved their employees during COVID. Despite activating my account with my PAN Card, aadhar card and bank account, credit card details..it remains dead. All my friends who sent me trial transactions are wondering if paypal has closed down operations in india. In a competitive world, how can such a company survive? India is a huge market and they have goofed up terribly. what a shame that an MNC can be so shortsighted. I wonder if I will even get a response from an official to my feedback?

Terrible customer care with robotic responses, allowing sellers to cheat people and always letting buyers come last.
in case of Intangible services, this lack of empathy with ice cold responses even after proof has been provided disgusts me.
