I must say once your get more proactive with the program it becomes a bit more user friendly, and if you cant seem to get it right the amazing staff is always willing to help. Stay away - they make constant mistakes and blame you. Last taxes, late payroll always try to blame client even though everything is time stamped with the account rep and date and time. Never have I had management doubt my ability but after unfortunately choosing them, now I do. Big sales pitch but system cant do half the things they say. Not user friendly, most of my employees cannot even log in.
