Dubai International Hotel Review

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. I travelled Europe, Middle East, North America and tried several hotels during my trips but this hotel is the worst I've ever experienced.
If you want to ruin your trip with rash and itchiness stay in this hotel.
I've seen cockroach in the bed sheet and when I asked the room service they only gave me additional blanket and suddenly when I woke up the next morning I had terrible rash and itchiness that took 3 weeks to resolve.
If I had another transit trip through Emirates airline I would prefer to stay at a nearby hotel that is clean, hygienic, caring for the health of their customers.
Hygienic and sanitization measures should be intensified especially in the era of COVID-19 pandemic.

Coming from the business class lounge I wasn't aware at first that you take thesame elevator to the hotel as the brochure guide says the entrance or the lobby is near gate B14. Anyway finally found the hotel and check in was a breeze. This is ideal for long lay overs especially if you have business class lounge access as you can use it as an extension of the hotel ameneties like restaurant and the bar service. Hotel room is nice and spacious, as advertised can accomodate 3 adults although I was a lone traveller. This could also work for families who don't look to go out of the airport after being tired from vacation (pre pandemic). The bed is nice and pillows are soft allowing for a comfortable rest and makes you ready for your next travel. Internet is fast and it also has the usual ameneties of a coffee or tea bar although I prefer to get my espresso from the lounge below. It also has ample desk space if you want to get some work done. The toilet is nice although I don't dig the old style European style bidet which is separate from the toilet. Anyway all in all I had a wonderful stay and would stay here again in the future with family.

The hotel is neat and tidy. Located conveniently inside Dubai airport. Beware that prize keeps going up so book the room in advance. They only deduct money 24 hours before your arrival time. The room service is good and the quality is good too. The only challenging part is the email support is very slow. You have email them couple of times to get a response from them.

My mother stayed at their hotel in executive room this week. She had 22 hr of long lay over. Though it was expensive, we were relieved that she was safe and in comfort. In addition to that you can get unlimited access to their lounge and they have a good menu you can order from. That was without any additional fee. Staff were very much cooperative. I had to reserve the room in last minute and all the room were booked. They immediately responded after room availability. I recommend their whats app number to communicate like my situation.

As transit passenger I was greeted right after the boarding gate. My check in was pretty fast and my bed option request was maintained. Actually management seems very professional and immediately after I booked they were very prompt to reply all my queries. Room is really very specious and clean. Must mention about their quality pillows and very comfortable bed. Toilet amenities are so so but all towels were bright white and clean. Shower tiles could have been more clean hope management will look into it. Front desk staffs are very helpful. Hotel is just two floor above duty free shops and boarding gates. Had pleasant stay.

I had 23 hours stop over in Dubai so I decided to stay in this hotel.
Check in was smooth, room is clean and spacious cpmpare to other countries airport hotel big menu for room service.
Highly recommended!!

It's expensive for the facilities and amenities. But you're really paying for the convenience of having a bed to sleep on in case of a longish connection. It can be up to a 15 minute walk and you have to figure out exactly which terminal and which concourse to go to, which can be frustrating. So plan ahead. If they have your flight details they do attempt to have someone meet you at the gate. That's a bonus!

Great value for money, beautiful hotel. Nice smoking area next to the bar
