We took in our xbox because we were short on cash and we worked with Matt and he was excellent. It helped with our situation so much! We recommend this place

Owner responded back but it is correct place. I waited a very long time and still no one told me that they'll help me as soon as they can. Usually the correct service is to say "I'll be with you ASAP". It wasn't 25th either, I forgot day I came but it was around 23rd or 24th. For sure it's their location as I recall the cheap guns on sale in glass in front and laptops across from those that i was interested in.

I love pawn works. They take literally anything and everything. Always offer you a fair price. I love that it s more than just electronics and tools here. You can come shop for any household item, kids toys, tools, electronics, jewelry, weapons and more

It's nice pawn shop but they should probably change how they handle their firearms and ammunition. You have to ask to be let into a separate room and then be supervised by an employee while you look. I've had some good interactions with the staff recently but my visit today will be my last. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to let me into the room, I had to leave because I had no idea how long I'd need to wait. They were polite in recognizing me and saying they'd be with me but other customers seemed to take priority at the counter. Maybe they should do away with the separate room that ties up an employee when they have only two on duty and have the firearms and ammo behind the counter like the better quality guitars.

One of the finer and clean pawn shops I've been too in the greater Twin Cities area. Very courteous and patient staff. Large selection of all sorts of items, not just the typical 'pawn trash' one sees in the lower grade pawn shops.

Fair prices on most items and easy to fine things. Great place and friendly place to shop.

This place is hands down the best pawn shop in the entire twin cities area. The store as mentioned in other reviews is WAY cleaner and more organized than other pawn shops like Pawn America. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they will consider putting a price on anything you bring into them and they aren't trying to pressure you into a sale.

As with every pawn shop they have overhead and have to re-sell your items, but they offer a fair price on popular and in-season items. The store isn't as big as most pawn america's but it makes up for it with cleaner, more quality items and much better prices. I'll do all my pawning here from now on.

Just started going to this pawn show nice people and good attitude so far..

I absolutely love this place. I have been going there since it opened. They have really fair prices and a good mix of items in the store. The staff is wonderful very helpful and friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my purchase and also they bought a lot of my stuff at a fair price without me having to do all the posting and meeting strangers to sell they made me feel like I was valued.

The store was very neat. Helped me quickly made certain I understood all the information and what was being done.

I received a fair offer for the jewelry I wanted to sell. I went to 2 other shops and the offers were 50 % less than the offer from Pawn Works. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend using Pawn Works for any items that you would want to sell.

Nice place. 2nd time I've been here. 2nd time they just weren't interested. And both times have been high ticket items looking for a 20% value loan. You should list things you are not interested in to stop wasting people's time.

There prices are way better compared to pawnamerica excellent staff that was very helpful. The 2 times I did go to pawn something i compared my prices to both pawn America and here cause I live closer to pawn America but I wanted a second opinion. Safe to say this will be my first stop from here on.

I went in today to get a laptop and really had no knowledge of what I would need. I knew my price point and what I wanted it for and worked with Justin and he showed me a few options that would fit my needs and even broke it down into understandable terms which helped a ton!! He was so helpful in picking a good fit for me and had a really great experience just chatting with all the staff too as we were checking out. Very personable and friendly.
