I began flying at Pavco under the Liberty University RTP. The chief instructor Joseph Qualls has gone way out of his way to help be achieve my dreams. If you are and Army Aviator looking for a school to learn how to fly airplanes. This is your place. Excellent facility, excellent airplanes and most of all excellent instructors. I'm absolutely spoiled because I fly at Pavco. They have good rates, good instructors, and Steph in the office is absolutely amazing. They have reasonable rates and a good selection of aircraft. The maintenance has always been top notch as well.
