Extremely disappointed with the service after rushing to get to your office to sign a new lease I get to the office 5 minutes before the posted closing time and you have closed and gone this is after calling several times and confirming that someone would wait for me as a new customer I think this is very poor service this is not the way to get new customers if this is the way you start a relationship with a potential new customer then I don t know how you treat current customers
They are great we have been there 6 years no problems ever no problems with things missing out of our unit they are wonderful people
My boyfriend had some things stolen from here recently and Patriot won't do anything about it. Stay away from here.
They are very friendly and make it easy to get a storage. I definitely would recommend.
Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The place is clean, clean, clean and they're open when you need them to be. Great addition to our town. I recommend highly!
