The Worst Medical Laboratory Ever!! Unfortunately my doctor uses this group for medical test. So far Path Group has gotten 2 drug test on me wrong In the past year. Path Group sent my results to my Dr. saying they found no trace of my medication. 2 false negatives in a year! Of course we redid the 1st test and my medication levels were exactly what they were supposed to be !!! Now I have to redo the 2nd test! They will not answer the phone it takes over an hour to get them to come to the phone! Worst medical business ever! Their incompetence knows no bounds! Path group has made my life a whole lot more stressful than it should be! Path group is incompetent and absolutely the worst! Do not let your doctor send your tests to Path Group because they will F..k up your tests and potential do great harm to you medically! The Worst Medical Laboratory Ever!!

It is very difficult to get in touch with a person.

Terrible service. Don't even try to call to ask about your bill. It takes over an hour to get to talk to someone.

I recently found out (on my own) that I was sent to collections by this company. I never received any type of billing notification in the mail or by phone. I spoke with someone over the phone that gave me dates that they sent out statements, but again I never received anything nor had a clue that I even owed them anything. I just found out about being sent to collections on 7/18/2021 and the appointment that is related to this lab was back in June 2020. Would not recommend this company at all.

:( I wish I would have really trusted the bad reviews I read 4mons before I accepted a job at this company. Horrific Narcissist Mgmt at every level. NO time off, even w/ earned hrs. No Communication between client & mgnt & staff. Terrible micro mgnt. Extr high job turn over in every dept. They use scare tactics & will write you up for anything. No incentives for employees. No respect or accommodations, even in high emergency situations. No employee appreciation & consideration or flexibility offered. Difficult hiring process & employee referral process
If you are very well experience please fight for more money especially if you are certified!

Went to Northside Urgent Care, who did lab work through PathGroup instead of Quest / LabCorp. I get a reasonable bill of $6.95 for my share of the lab services. However, the PathGroup bill had a large $74.91 charge (that doesn t include what my insurance paid) for some doctor (Kathryn Knight) I didn t see from Associated Pathologists? These were standard labs that I have done through LabCorp / Quest via my primary care doctor all the time. What a racket...

I apply for job every time I see a opening, And it always send an email back saying Im not qualified with over 16 years IOP exp! I really think someone who pulls apps for the Alabama location is black balling me.

Pathgroup filed claims to incorrect insurance even though they had my correct insurance information in file. Then they sent me a notice of collection.

I have received multiple times a bill of $66.xx from PathGroup with service date **/**/18 and referring physician Dr. ***. The bill states that a claim was filed on **/**/18 to an insurance provider which is not our current insurance provider. The details of our current insurance provider is with Dr. *** and also with PathGroup. But PathGroup filed the claim to the incorrect insurance provider. Recently, I received a "notice of collection" in the mail from PathGroup for the amount of $66.xx which I cannot pay until my current insurance provider has first paid their due.

It is entirely PathGroup's fault that they filed the claim to the incorrect insurance provider in spite of having complete information regarding my current insurance provider in their file. This caused the delay in paying the bill. Instead of rectifying their error, PathGroup is repeatedly sending me bills and finally a "notice of collection". PathGroup has been unnecessarily harassing me and messed up my impeccable credit record. Stay away from PathGroup at any cost!
