Ordered take away tonight. Food is great except one of our pizzas was an incorrect order. We wondered an emdo pizza but got something totally different, certainly not what we asked for. Disappointed totally

The cons are you will likely have to wait during prime times but the pros are the service is impeccable to a point they are so accommodating you barely have to ask and they will bring it over. The garlic chicken Alfredo and cheese garlic bread was insanely delicious and filling. The place is large and there is plenty of outdoor seating. It will be my go to food place every time I have an excuse to drive within 50 miles of Moab, UT.

Love, love, LOVE this place! The tortellini alfredo is the best. My husband had the baked pasta Olivia and that was amazing! Great service, great atmosphere, great food. Easily my favorite restaurant.

Small pesto pizza made a great appetizer to share. Baked entrees were amazing. Can't be anything bad on the menu. Baked tortellini with sausage and Alfredo Williams both satisfied! Service was great.

best Italian food in Moab for sure! we were party of 5 and we got the table with little wait. The place has some energy and feel good factor to it! Food is tasty and service was prompt! We will visit again if we plan to stop at Moab again!

Could smell the food from the sidewalk. You can tell from outside that this place is a winner. Ordered pick up while on vacation in MOAB. Amazing food. Great atmosphere and on what looked like a busy night for them, the place was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. Indoor or outside seating. Beautiful.

Good Italian food from the artichoke dip to the Baked Lorenzo and everyone else in my party enjoyed their dish. Staff didn't seem really friendly or outgoing but maybe it was a busy day. We got there about 4pm for dinner and the place started to fill up as we got our entrees.

Nice little Italian restaurant in Moab - we loved both the pesto pasta (the pesto could have been richer, but seemed to be freshly made and tasted great), and the stuffed shell pasta. The garlic bread was really good too.

Food was amazing! We ordered to go and the sizes were large. Got a beer/wine while we waited. Seemed to be following COVID distancing recommendations. Only drawback was that the bartender we ordered from was a little rude. But the food made up for it!

I would like to come and leave a good review on this establishment but my family and I of 11 arrived 15 minutes before closing and we were refused not just service, but also entry into the establishment. I m sure this restraunt is great, but I just hope that this incident never happens to any other families or mine ever again. If your workplace is open until 11 you're supposed to serve even if people arrive at 10:59.

So the food is good, it really is. Too much is pre-made for the price. I can't have dairy, so my choices are always pretty limited. I couldn't have the garlic bread because "it comes with parmesan cheese already on it." I had plain bread, which looked very similar to my husband's garlic bread, so they must not make it themselves.

The service was awful, really awful. The waitress didn't seem to notice us, so another waitress (who wasn't supposed to serve our table) took our order. It was very noisy inside and the food was OK. I could have prepared it myself. The 'Famous' Jay's Jumbo shells had 3x as much fatty sauce as pasta. If you considered going, don't. Trust me, it's definitely not worth your money.

Great food - nice atmosphere. Our group stopped in here for a weekend dinner. Took about 25 minutes to get seated. Staff was friendly, food was served quickly, and everything tasted good. One of the tastier restaurants in Moab. Would recommend to anyone looking for pasta.

Pizza was good, but won't blow you away. Baked Rigatoni so-so - sauce a little underwhelming. The hag mix with chicken parmesan gnocchi and stuffed shells - all three of these items were delicious

Overall a pretty good spot for Italian. Food is always delicious and portions are plenty large enough to be able to take half of your order home. Staff is always very friendly and attentive, and the heated patio is really nice! The one area that could use improvement is the wine list - the selection is incredibly limited and most of the bottles are grossly overpriced given their sale cost at any liquor store. Wine is a classic pairing with any Italian meal, and there is significant room for improvement.

Moab is one of those cities that you get attached the moment you enter the city. Lively and welcoming. For some reason that we couldn't fathom, there were several Italian restaurants. Pasta Jay's is one of the several inviting restaurants on the main street. The food was excellent. Huge quantity. I am bit hesitant to give full marks to the service. It was ok.

Pesto pasta wasnt really good. When you pay more than 20$ for a plate, including chicken, you expect real pesto and grilled chicke. I had a kind of pesto that was Green flu and the chickenntade like it was boiled. I do not recommend this plate

Super comforting food in a casual environment, it was nice to sit outside under the covered patio. The food was very savory but light and did not feel greasy.

We ordered a Margherita pizza, the green chili ravioli, a Caesar salad, and balsamic glazed Brussels sprouts (and carafe of house red wine.) Food came out very fresh and fast. Good pacing between courses too

We ate at Pasta Jay's on a cold night, and things didn't go as planned.. After speaking to one of the head people that run the place (Erica), she cleaned the mess up and made it all good. Pasta Jay's of Moab Utah is probably the most "HONEST" and (in my book) RESPECTABLE Eating Establishments in town. Thanks ERICA for being Truthful, Helpful, and Quick On The Stick to solve this Problem!

Good

We had a party of 6 and everyone got something different. Every meal was good, particularly the stuffed chicken, chicken pomodoro and shrimp pasta. DO NOT ORDER THE PIZZA SALAD! It is just a crust (which was good) with a ton of iceberg lettuce on top. Our waiter was great. He was a young, tall guy with a warm, fun attitude.

We have been in Moab for three days and have had a lot of great meals at different places around town, but we all thought Pasta Jay s was the best dinner yet. A perfect finale!

We highly recommend giving Pasta Jay s a try, you will be glad you did.

The location of this place was way cool, as it is set right in the middle of some pretty sweet shops and such. Parking was sparse, so we did have to park a little farther away. The interior was clean, inviting and smelled wonderful! We were seated quickly, and our server Ashley was so personable and helped with all of our questions. She was great! My reason for only 3 stars was the food. It seemed to be just pretty average Italian food. We got the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, and it lacked flavor. And as for the entrees, my husband enjoyed his Saturday special, and I liked my Hagan special selection, but after some bites the food just seemed really dense and heavy. The noodles started fine, but the amount of sauce that was put on quickly ended up making the noodles soggy. Also, the chicken parmigiana was practically just breading. The chicken was paper thin, with 4 times the amount of breading. So that just ended up being a sauce mop. Perhaps it was just the night I came on, but I wasn't overly impressed with the food. I may come back for another try because of the service quality though.

We loved the food and the service. We ordered the Alfredo Williams that was amazing! Thank you for being opening in the times of COVID!! We also appreciated how fast the food came!!! We will definitely come back!

This place is SO good! We actually ate here twice on our trip to Arches. The house made manicotti is the best Italian dish I've ever had (with the exception of my mom's lasagna). Also make sure to get the cheese bread with pepperoni on it - it is heavenly! Great food and large portions to fill you up after a long day of hiking! They are fast too, which is great when you're hungry and don't want to wait forever.

We had their Jay s Roman Orgy pizza for the first time tonight and it was absolutely to die for, yes, that s the name of it! All of the ingredients are fresh, the pizza was cooked to perfection, and the pizza sauce literally tastes like it s from Italy!! Very great pizza and we can t wait to try what else they have very soon!

Popular spot for pizza and pasta. We got a couple italian-style pizzas for takeout. It was good - not great. Service was friendly and fast. People at tables seemed to be enjoying their meals - I suspect this place is better as a sit down spot than takeout.

Smells really good everywhere!! Everything looks really nice and I keep it pretty clean. The restrooms were clean. Wi-Fi password is the same as the name of the restaurant. Parking is ample. No mask required outside while eating.

Mediocre Italian food at fancy prices. Didn't know I'd be charged $7 extra for shrimp on a "Shrimp Katrina pizza". Literally shrimp on the menu name and price tag next to it. The kicker was when the pizza came, there was no shrimp on it. Waiter got it wrong and blamed the kitchen. Tough, crusty pizza and cheesy (not in a good way) pasta dishes.

Wish I lived there so I could visit Pasta Jay's more often. Two visits (had to go back) within a week long visit to the Moab area and all meals were excellent. Dinner was served HOT and very well prepared.
