They transferred me over to a sales manager and explained my situation."I was looking for a cheap to moderately priced lab first time I opened an optical" I guess she was offended with the word "cheap" (and I apologized, but her interaction and tone was condescending after using the word "cheap". After an exchange of sentences, I told her that this conversation wasn't going well and I hung up.
I buy the BEST lens. Varilux progressive. No this lab does NOT specialize in Varilux. Their lens process is NOT as good as , Walman or duffen.
