Undoubtedly one of the best green spaces in the city dedicated to the memory of the disappeared in the dictatorship, with their names captured on walls and an excellent place to rest outside the noise of the city on the banks of the river

It is an open environment, where you can spend a day knowing about the victims of terrorism. The monuments are worthy of appreciation, each and every one of them. As well as the museum.
Without a doubt it is a beautiful place where you can go as a family and enjoy a whole day.

We arrived by bike although I do not recommend it to ride a bike because it travels in a minute. It has a nice view of the river. It lacks a bit of soul. There are almost no trees. It is a neat park but does not invite you to stay, just to take a couple of laps, walk a little and leave for a more friendly place.

A place that mobilizes and moves the personal and collective memory of a sad and dark stage of Argentina.
To reflect, think and learn.
The names and dates of many victims of state terrorism placed on uniform plates that form walls, as a limit and the end of a stage of terror, but also coexist creativity and awareness. THINKING IS A REVOLUTIONARY FACT! There are 30000 victims of state terrorism! Present now and always!

About Parque de la Memoria

Parque de la Memoria is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was inaugurated in 2007. It covers an area of 14 hectares and overlooks the Rio de la Plata. The park serves as a memorial for the victims of state terrorism that occurred between 1976 and 1983.

The park features several monuments, sculptures, and installations that commemorate those who were killed or disappeared during this period.
