There is never anyone available to serve at the counter when ordering pasta. They also reuse expired food products by simply changing the expiry date sticker. They have zero corporate social responsibility as they are careless about social well-being and also waste a ton of plastic by refusing to recycle it.

Pros: Fresh pasta variety and the staff really help you with serving size! Lots of frozen items as well as a takeout section. Bread was priced awesome and very fresh. Eggplant Parmesan was a star for us. Amazing eclair and other baked goods! Cons: Caesar dressing tastes heavily of just Mayonnaise. Some items a tad pricy. Also usually icy near the outside of the building just keep an eye out for that.

They have a selection of vegetarian pastas which I have tried. Anything with butternut squash is a must. They also have a really good Tiramisu which I can never wait for to defrost. The staff are friendly and always busy working. I never know how many grams to order but they are good at helping select based on serving. The pesto is always fresh and delicious.

My husband and I went to Parma Ravioli on sat to pick up some things for dinner. I would have to say it was the best meal I've ever tasted. Their cease salad dressing was to die for, their alfredo sauce was amazing and their meat sauce was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's loves italian food.

I came here and tried the lasagna lunch special that they offer. The portion size was about average, but the garlic bread it came with could have been toasted better. The sauce on the lasagna was a little too on the acidic side for me. If this post were about that alone, I'd probably give it a 3. It wasn't bad, but I probably wouldn't bother to get it again. However, their fresh pasta you can buy and take home, and pay by the weight are fantastic. The quality and flavour is great, and I love to go in and pick up some fresh pasta for dinner. Definitely worth the money for the quality on this. As for their to-go sauces, I tried their tomato basil rose sauce, and it was pretty good, though I did find the price for the portion of this to be too expensive, so I probably wouldn't bother with just getting sauce again.

Went for lunch. Usually they have good pasta at a decent serving size. The pasta came to me looking about 3 to 4 forkfulls. I asked the cashier is it was the right amount. She peered and said "yeah". 2 minutes later lunch was finished. This is not the traditional size I used to get so I wanted to raise this with the manager. When I asked the cashier to speak to someone about the disapointed size she countered and asked me if I got 180 grams in my serving. Hang on just let me pull my handy dandy scale from my purse and measure. She then siaid she would let the manager know and that she was sorry I was disappointed. Pathetic customer relations and a real RIP off for 13 bucks. The manager or owner needs hire more competent less snooty staff. This place traditionnaly was good.

Always really enjoy this specialty grocery store and restaurant. They sell fresh and frozen pasta with sauses, bread and other authentic Italian products. They also have a hot order counter for amazing quick order Italian sandwiches and other related food. Great place for a quick lunch or something to make at home for diner.

A place to discover for those who live in the Outaouais. The best fresh pasta in the region. Plenty of ready-to-go or eat-in cafeteria-style meals. He sell their pasta to great restaurants in Ottawa. There must be about 30 people working to make pasta every day! To visit.
