If I could give no stars in regards to professionalism and service I would. I sold machines and due to some billing cycle clause not shown, the company remained to charge. Then stated I must sign a closure contract. Funny, I asked for one yet a cookie cutter reply again "apologies for the late reply" that happened with other replys after stating I could not find the document on their website. Next, told an email would suffice to close the account>? I would highly recommend to steer away from the situations came across. If fair, I would have used for my new school district accounts I recently aquired with the private school accounts already having. I will stick with USA Technologies for the new machines shipped and recommend asking for fine print. ie billing period, account closure docs to not be unfairly charged. Also, please see 3 fake reviews after I posted.... I had to edit to show how their integrity now is in question. Three reviews within hours after I posted same day this is enough ammo for anyone to be warned.

"BEWARE" of these CROOKS!!! I contacted the company to use their software to inventory my vending company. I was told that I could do a minimum 3-month trial to see if I like the software. I decided to purchase it towards the end of July and I was told that the trial would not start until I was trained and the software was in use. They contacted me middle/last part of August to set up a time for the training session to get me started with the software right after the call I received a bill charging me for the month of August but I have not been trained yet nor had I started the software a Mrs Moreno contacted me from accounts receivable stating that they had made a mistake they credited me for August at this point it is September around the 20th or little before and also in the email it stated that they will be charging me for September once again I had not completed my training or started using the software so I start to try to contact Mrs Moreno I called I emailed for close to two weeks no response so I tagged the email with another contact at this point I'm frustrated so I just asked them to refund my money so she contacts me back and makes me aware that she is going to charge me twice as much as what I paid for a early termination fee and once again she refused to contact me back I tried to contact her email calls no response my lawyer asked me to request the online payment contract and the corporate information mrs Moreno still has not responded I contacted the Business bureau but they are not members I also contacted their customer service and spoke to someone and they told me they would get back with me the next day I still have not heard anything from them

Incredible service. They always go above and beyond for US. Chapman Venidng has used there Vending Management System, Credit Card Readers and Kiosks for years. They have been instrumental in helping us deliver a better service to our customers. I'd personally recommed them. Thanks for the great service Alan, Frances and Alberto!

I have been using Parlevel since 2015 and have a first hand account of their progressive philosophy. Meaning, they are always striving to improve and enhance features to better suit the industry and their customers. I would like to highlight Frances, who listened carefully to my, the end user, suggestions and got them implemented into the software. Wow, I could have done a little dance in the street. It's nice when a company actually listens to their customers and wants to make their user experience the best!! Thanks Frances, you did that for me!!!
