If I could give no stars in regards to professionalism and service I would. I sold machines and due to some billing cycle clause not shown, the company remained to charge. Then stated I must sign a closure contract. Funny, I asked for one yet a cookie cutter reply again "apologies for the late reply" that happened with other replys after stating I could not find the document on their website. Next, told an email would suffice to close the account>? I would highly recommend to steer away from the situations came across. If fair, I would have used for my new school district accounts I recently aquired with the private school accounts already having. I will stick with USA Technologies for the new machines shipped and recommend asking for fine print. ie billing period, account closure docs to not be unfairly charged. Also, please see 3 fake reviews after I posted.... I had to edit to show how their integrity now is in question. Three reviews within hours after I posted same day this is enough ammo for anyone to be warned.
