very fast paced job & consists of hard messy labor with long hours that are extremely underpaid. So underpaid that personally, I made much more money working in retail which required little to no labor!! This place does everything to keep from raising anyone's pay. Instead they do things like paying employees with giftcards to train the newbies and rewarding employees with bonuses for being on time and not calling in for a certain period of time etc. For a lot of the hispanic women who work here, they stay because there's always hours, and because they worry about finding another place that will provide them those hours and work around the language barrier. But there are so many places with jobs also in productions and warehouses that pay so much better. Definitely would not recommend. (Pt. 3/3)

Rather than promoting these women to be actual trainers or giving them any type of raise, the company pays them with giftcards! Most of the women in productions are also the ones who end up working the longest hours. There is no consistent schedule whatsoever and the productions employees are usually asked to also work on weekends. Sometimes they change the time/day that an employee is scheduled come in without letting them know. There are times these employees are asked to work as early as 5am to sometimes as late as 9pm. Alot of times the supervisors send workers to take their lunch as early as 9am (keep in mind the shifts are typically 10+hour shifts) simply because that is most convenient for their system of productions. Omg!! Yesterday evening was my first day to actually be on a line. This is such a horrible job, you have to wait so long to even have a break. They don't have schedule breaks. Whenever they choose. I'm a human not a machine. Also blue hat male which was a supervisor was recording me on his personal phone which made me feel super uncomfortable. I mean why??? They have cameras on every line. They work you like a horse with hardly a meal.I'm really looking for my forever job! I'm a very hard worker and have a heart of gold. But this gets me so discourage. I'm very thankful I got the opportunity but if they would have schelduled breaks. And then a reason why they can record you on their personal phones. I guess it wouldnt be to bad. Very long hours.

Most of the good reviews are from people who just visit the place. However, they dont know that actually working here sucks. They do not pay well for the amount of work you do and it is not a good workplace.

I gave this a 1 only because I couldn't give it a zero and add my review! This is a HORRIBLE place to work! It is unfair, the temporary service lies about hours & breaks. The line leader Maria on line 8 yells at you and belittles you and shows favoritism to some workers. I was told we would have 2-15 minute breaks and a 30 minute break when I was hired and that we seldom worked Saturday. Since my first week we worked EVERY Saturday and got one 15 minute break. They tell you to report any problems with others to supervisor and when you do you get fired!!!

The ladies in the office are very nice and very kind. I read reviews that this place is really tight and I really didn't think it was to badge as far as maneuvering ability. Better make sure your reefer unit is on 68 or less if you come here. Also make sure your trailers clean..

I thought it was kind of cool they have electric reefer units plugged in here I've never seen that before.
