My visit was very warm and welcoming right as I entered the office. They were efficient, gentle, and gave me top notch care. My gal, Teresa, that did my mammogram was so thorough and precise that it just made me feel more at ease about my appt. Thank you Parkway Imaging!
My appointment didn't take that long, I just had to sign a few items and then fill out a couple of forms and as soon as I was done with those I was called back to start my 3D Mammography. It just takes a few minutes, the Technician is ALWAYS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS - she has been the same Technician that I've had for the last several years so, I guess that we are used to seeing each other and it's nice to see a friendly face! She told me that my Doctor would probably get a report within the next 24 hours and I would most likely hear from my Doctor's office within the next week.

I was very pleased with everyone from Jeanene my nurse, Dr. Peyton, Dr. Hall, and all the other nurses I had in the surgical room. Coming in at 6:30 a.m. after no sleep, 36 hours of no food, and the wonderful prep I went through, they made the experience the best it could possibly be! Thank you!
Brooke did a nice job of making me feel comfortable during my test. Cheryl at the front desk was welcoming and escorted me to the dressing area. That was a nice way to begin the adventure. Only suggestion would be to provide a tv to watch while waiting in the ultrasound room for results. Might make the wait not seem so long and help with anxiety. Thanks for great care.
Check in was great. I was quickly sent back to the mammogram area. Teresa got me to the room and was attempting to help an elderly get back out to the waiting area so I was delayed by only a few minutes. I don't schedule appts back to back so I had plenty of time. She kept apologizing but it was no big deal for me. I've seen Teresa for most of my mammograms and she is always pleasant, efficient, and informative. Great experience.
The staff was very kind and enjoyable... in no time at all in was seen and my scan done. Best part is my doctor got the results very quickly.

Parkway provides a quick, efficient service. Check in to finished wasn t ten minutes. Best place I ve found in greenfield. My doctor had the information very fast too.
Quick. Clinician extremely good. Didn't feel blood test at all. Very friendly. Results back the same day. Excellent.
