Been a decade since my first meal here @Nanking's....and I still love it. Pros: 1. Delicious chinese food. 2. Descent ambiance. 3. Affordable prices. Cons: 1. Large portion sizes...not ideal for a single person.
One of the best authentic chinese restaurant in Hyderabad. It has been here for many long years with maintaining quality intact. During the weekends one can hardly find a seat especially in the evenings. They have valet parking.
I am visiting the place after about 5 years... but really got dissemination!!! The food and the ambiance quality got deteriorated!!! The whole restaurant was very untidy!!! No sanitation or precautionary measures were taken!!! The famous chicken drumsticks (my all time favorite) was so so, but the chicken fried rice, chili chicken and the soup was horrible!!! Even the soup was stinking.. though they changed it after informing.. But the overall experience was really disappointing!!!
This restaurant is one of the best Chinese places I've eaten at since I was a kid. It has successfully stood up to the test of time! Must try: 1) Chicken Drumsticks 2) Chicken Fried Noodles
A little expensive. Their drumsticks are worth a try but will go better if they were serving Beer along with it. The servings are good enough for 2-3 persons per portion. Authentic Chinese taste. Their red salsa sauce is unique.
Their most popular dish is the chicken drumsticks. Highly recommend to try that. Good service, the food is delicious and the portion size is quite large. They have valet so no need to worry about parking if you come there in car. Weekends night usual there is a little bit of waiting. The ambience is of an old school restaurant and the staff is friendly you can ask them about the dish and they will be happy to explain it to you. It's a good place to go with family as well as group of friends or after work dinner.
The food at Nanking was absolutely spectacular Especially Prawns Chow Chow Loved it.
The non veg eaters loved the chicken pakoda. A must try i believe. I like the soup and the flavors of the food. Spring roll covering could have had been crisper.
7/03/21 I visited this place after 2 years and I experienced some changes in the taste and quantity of the drumsticks. Other main course items remains to have the same taste and quantity. The service and ambience is good as always.
My all time favorite for authentic Chinese cuisine. Chillie Chicken was at its best. While one can try their own choice of dish, I am glad their service is still the same.
