Handy location but overpriced. Rooms lack usb charging ports. Foxtel is available but not HD. Internet is fine, around 20mbps up and down. Our bed rolled around until we fixed the wheels. Bed was comfy. Not sure why a kit kat from the mini bar still has to cost $5 in 2019 also...

Despite being an airport hotel, you won't hear a single plane.

50% of the time when we need an airport hotel we stay here when we cant get into the other one we want to stay at... in saying that this hotel is amazing... the service is great, the food is great... but I would recommend if you want a cheaper eat just pop over to the airport and have tea there! The hotel is always clean.

Great location for a stop over accommodation hotel. Literally on the doorstep of the Melbourne airport arrivals terminal it has spacious rooms, good restaurants , and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room had views of the incoming planes on the runways which as a novelty , was interesting however you could also pull down the blackout curtain and then you did not hear or see anything . Great if your trying to sleep at daytime.

Parking was ok. It would be better if the rates were cheaper

The best choice for late night flight delays. Just facing the airport terminal, it will arrive in one minute. But the breakfast is simpler.

Staff were lovely stayed in here for a 0500 flight the next day, fast check in fast check out, had some food in the restaurant and room service too and was of a good standard, bar staff were super nice as well, all round good hotel and had a great sleep

Nice and close to the airport. Nice friendly staff. I only saw the word Airport, and I m not a fan of the international airport. Walking zigzag around those annoying Shops. Duty free, Ha. We should have a choice, go to the shops or have a direct walk to our Gate.

High class hotel right at the Melbourne airport. If you can pay the price you cannot beat the convenience and quality

Love staying here. So conveniently located, I wish they would show more than just AFL at the bar (it was finals season though)

It's super convenient to the airport - how can you beat less than 60 seconds from checkout to T2. The downside is that it's showing a reasonable amount of wear and tear in the rooms. If you're staying here though it is for proximity to the airport though it's not exactly a destination you'd choose otherwise.

Convenient location with good service. Rooms were adequate though obviously well travelled. Would stay again.

Convenient, but not cheap.

This is a modern hotel with clean rooms, WiFi, gym, restaurant and just across the road from domestic and international terminals. The hire car depots are in the same complex

The rooms are reasonably sized and quite well appointed. Good acoustic insulation means little noise from the airport impacts the rooms. Rooms are rather expensive for the quality - but you're paying for Access to the airport. Parking arrangements are pretty straight forward and well signposted.

Convenient with only a 1 min walk to the airport. Nice and clean with amenities available.

Great hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy. I am so happy about the accommodation and has a nice view of the airport. Thank you for your excellent service.

Literally across the street from Melbourne Domestic/International terminal this hotel sits above the parking garage. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a tub. There was kettle with teas & coffee. Room service was quick and not over priced. Breakfast was included offering a few international choices. The bar and restaurant are open for lunch hours and dinner hours but you can easily walk across the street into the terminal food court for multiple options, and you don t need a ticket to get through security. Our party had three adults and one child and the hotel only had king rooms available and no rollaways so we had to pay for two rooms (almost $200 AUD per room) but the hotel allowed us to check in to our room at 11AM so we paid for convenience of an easy walk across the street for an 7AM flight the next morning.

A godsend after a dreadful day when our flight cancelled at last minute meant we would miss cruise boat in Adelaide. Lovely on suite bathroom. Large comfy bed. Fabulous buffet breakfast.

Great hotel. Great place for a drink or food. Great for long layovers.

Had an extended layover overnight & decided to book a room. Right across from the airport, it was just a short walk. Got in late, slept real good on the comfortable bed & had a wake up call to ensure I didn't oversleep. Reception was quick & I checked in without any delay.

Lovely hotel. Made traveling with a toddler much easier as we were able to get a good sleep then wake up on time to check in to our international flight.

Love how easy it was to get to the airport after a stop over, watching the planes landing and taking off from the room was cool. Block out curtains worked a treat helped with jetlag being able to sleep

Good rooms and facilities although restaurant meals (dinner) were average.

Super close to the airport so convenient to access. Despite being so close aircraft noise is barely audible and doesn't interfere at all. Food was also very good at the catered event.

One night last month for early morning plane flight for which it was perfect. Staff pleasant. Room with view which was clean and tidy. Minor maintenance issues with bathroom/fixtures. Did not eat at the restaurants.

Always a great stay. Order an omelette for breakfast... awesome!

Great when you fly in late. Walk to the hotel. Friendly staff clean rooms great gym pool and spa wake up in the morning. Fantastic breakfast options.we will be back..

Great rooms and lovely conference facilities. The view over the airport was also nice. The quality of food exceeded expectations for what I thought was a cheap thoroughfare airport hotel.

Some of the service staff were poorly trained in covid safety.

Very convenient for those passing through Melbourne, it takes 3 minutes from the room to the airport check-in. Not very convenient for those who want to visit the city center, but still have many alternatives to get to the center, from taxis to buses.

The price you pay pruley on being close to the airport because your too tired to find anywhere else... I've stayed at better places for the same amount of money I spent here.. the staff arnt that friendly although this is my second time here and I did feel a little more comfortable with the staff than last time. My room has two brown stains on the carpet and near the window yhere is a huge rip through the carpet.went to run a hot bath and the plug is broken won't push down to trap the water. When you look side onto the walls In bathroom mirrors and the walls they are still dusty and dirty. I own a cleaing business I know what's clean and what isn't. The amount of tiny milk you get is ridiculous. And no hot chocolate is available... think it's time for an update the amount of money this hotel would make surely you can afford to have the staff work not as fast where they miss things and don't do a great job... really for presentation this room is only worth 150 a night in my opinion...

Great hotel - convenient to airport and very quiet - nice roomy comfortable room - helpful friendly staff - great bar - great restaurant with an amazing breakfast buffet - 10 out of 10 score from me!

You are absolutely paying for the location here, which I will add is fantastic. I found the rooms to be well kept, but bland and for the money and not worth it. A real lack of USB ports in key places through the rooms was a big turn off for those who like to stay easily connected. They need an upgrade in this department. They did lack the polish of many other hotels that charge similar or lower. For the fitness orientated the fitness area and pool was one of the better ones I have seen for the overall price.

Great room, large and warm bed, excellent health club, quiet, fabulous location and excellent service

Our nights stay was good. Made it really easy for our morning flight. Room service was great and delivered within the estimated time frame. The kids loved watching the planes take off and land from our runway view room.

The view of the runways is a great experience. Restaurant service very good. Had one rude receptionist that put me off. All other staff courteous and helpful.

Good place to stay for airport connections with comfy beds

Well appointed. Mattress a bit tired but otherwise great room views and tasteful deco. Very convenient covered footbridge to airport terminal which was perfect when I arrived in heavy rain!

The room was amazing - we got two double beds, and had lots of spare room. shower and a bath! Don't need to worry about toiletries. Couldn't find a hairdryer though. Included a mini fridge, kettle, etc. The service was also great. We were worried we weren't getting breakfast, but we called and they made sure we did - not sure who's to fault for that? Overall I'd recommend staying here.

Excellent accommodation. Beautiful and clean. We had a awesome view of the airport and the planes landing and taking off. Couldn't not hear the planes which was awesome - great insulation! Included a buffet breakfast which was really good and yummy! Had a stuff up with flights and this was super convenient for us to catch a plane the next day. Would highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience, staff are very professional breakfast is very nice.

Lovely rooms. Navigating the array of different lifts to access the carpark and the hotel is a bit tedious though.
