On deck dinning and window shopping are fun fun fun!
Nice place that definitely deserves a more than positive review. The location is perfect, at the end of the pier on the sea, with outside tables along the walkway. The restaurant is also well done internally, bright, spacious and nice. The bar prepares excellent cocktails while waiting for the table. The food is very good and the staff more than polite and professional. The only flaw for which it does not take the fifth star had run out of tuna and they told us after the order arrived in the kitchen, returning to let us choose more.
I fell in love with this place all over again. Great happy hour until 8pm.
A very nice place especially in the evening hours. You can enjoy the wonderful lighting and throw a glance at the Queen Mary.
Disgusting service. Complete discrimination towards people's social status. This is a place for stuck up rude rich people. Came in during lunch and was placed in the outside corner. When asked if we can move to a table with a better view,(there were plenty of available seats), we recieved attitude and lies about those seating areas were for "dinner only". After continuous appealing, we were finally moved only to be completely ignored by staff. We stood up and left before our drinks even came. Horrible Service. Do not come here if u want to enjoy a meal with family or are not dressed in proper attire.
Good service over all I wasn't really surprised with the food.
Family outing. All of us happy with our dishe s! And the dessert!
Incredible restaurant in Los Angeles. The clams are very good. The sushi of the best I've had and the price is relatively good at happy hour. If you are near long beach, a must stop.
Absolutely loved this place. Best steak I've ever had and the lobster was delicious. The service was amazing well worth the price you pay. I would definitely recommend.
Great restaurant right on the peer. Very broad menu and friendly staff.
I love love love this place! Happy hour is great too!
Celebrated my parents 60th. Service was great. Food was delicious.
I ve been coming here for years. I love the garlic cheese bread! Seafood is fresh and the view is absolutely on point. It s funny but the local businesses around there have changed throughout the years Parker s remains a landmark
The location is great and the service was good, especially for how busy they were! The drinks are always not good here. I've ordered several different things so far, and every mixed drink has a bad flavor. I don't really get it. They have a "secret" vegetarian menu - as in, they have a lot of vegetarian options, they just neglect to list it on their menu. I had the veggie pasta and it was amazing! They also have veggie sushi rolls. My boyfriend loved the clam chowder and his salad. The views are great and it's a little calmer than the rest of Shoreline Village.
This place used to be where my husband's family went to celebrate big events -- anniversaries, graduation, etc. We went back in honor of those memories. Unfortunately, the food and the service were not as good as it used to be. Feels more like an overpriced tourist trap now.
I am always taken care of here. The food is outstanding. Definitely a favorite place I like to take guests to.
I actually enjoy the dishes and customer service, great area very close to my house. The staff members are always very kind. Will come visit again.
Great view and good service. Not the best seafood by any means but the environment gives the illusion.
Great view from the outside dining area! We found Parker s Lighthouse at dinner time & we very pleased with the location, view and restaurant!
The staff was well trained and the food was delicious! We enjoyed fried calamari, blistered Shishito Peppers, Swordfish California Style, Sea Bass Asian Style.
Food came out hot and well plated! I loved the Shishito Peppers, although I d suggest a bit of soy drizzle and a few dollops of goat cheese. The fish was prepared very well and served piping hot! A wonderful dining experience overall.
Parkers Lighthouse is way overpriced for the portions you pay for. There are far more trendier restaurants with better quality, price, portion size, and ambience. Would not recommend it based on the experience there.
This restaurant is fantastic, I had the opportunity to come with all my family to celebrate a birthday and they treated us super. the dishes are produced with fine ingredients, you have a flavor that takes you to the same sky. the attention of the waiters is excellent. cleanliness and impeccable service. It is a place with a pleasant atmosphere and very easy to find parking. If you are looking for a place to impress someone, this is the ideal restaurant.
They have decent food but their desserts are great. Staff is friendly and the views are amazing! This is perfect to bring friends from out of town or for a date.
Lovely place to eat. We ate outside & all of the food was delicious. My only criticism would be the need for electric awnings instead of moveable umbrellas. The staff worked hard to keep people in the shade that preferred the shade.
Wait was 10 minutes, food was good (Parmesan Crusted Pork Loin) was cooked to perfection. The place is at a tourist location, Shoreline Village, so be prepared for large crowds.
Great food and view. We sat outside. Mixed drink tastes good but weak on the alcohol.
The butterfly martini and the calamari were delicious. My platter and my fiance's steak were absolutely not worth the price.
I received a chocolate brownie with cherry sauce and ice cream as a gift. We were out celebrating my birthday - and finally getting the chance to go on a proper date for the first time in months. I was hard-pressed to find the taste of chocolate in a brownie that boasted three strongly chocolate ingredients, but I was sorely tempted to ask what brand of ice cream they use - maybe they'll make me an ice cream sundae if I go back.
The atmosphere and experience were less than I would expect, but Parker's is such a staple of the shoreline that I want to forgive it for a lackluster night. I would come back, but I'd stick with drinks, calamari, and maybe try the sushi or jambalaya.
The service was incredibly prompt and always delivered with a smile. Had my night hinged purely on service it would have been an amazing experience. They might want to be careful when refilling water though, they ended up putting the bill in a giant puddle.
Having valet was a huge heaven send as there was a large festival happening in the area and parking was non-existent anywhere. We had worried that our cost would be high for parking, but if you use the valet service ($10) then using the lot is free so it really evens out.
Parking is too expensive. $2/2hr with validation, and $2/20min there after.
The outdoor patio is a great setting for a romantic evening.
Amazing crab cakes. Plenty of close by parking.
Service was spot on and plates were cleared perfectly.
Great sunset if you time it right.
Great happy hour menu with a fantastic view....2 restaurants in one. Service started slow but picked up.
Food and service are amazing!!! Our server Giselle was the nicest! Beautiful ambiance.
Best view in town. Oh you can dock ur boat right by it
Held a business meeting here. Solid location, food was good and service was great.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, beautiful location, very good food. Moderate plus cost.
Random throughts after my experience at Parker's in no particular order:
Bread is served for free at every table but this was not mentioned to us until after we were instructed by our server to order two $8 plates of garlic cheese bread. Dish I had "Lobster Stuffed Shrimp" was dry and shrimp was overcooked. "Rainbow Roll" was decent but very small portions of fish were used to top it, and the roll itself was rolled thin. Certainly not worth $15. Service left much to be expected both at the bar area and in the dining room, as wait times for servers to return regularly topped more than 15 minutes. Entire restaurant was also very dimly lit which may cause issues for those hard of sight. Server out of left field told an uncomfortable story about receiving a bad tip (tacky). Beautiful view but otherwise not worth the price. Good beer selection though.
Great service and beautiful view overlooking Queen Mary. We arrived during happy hour. Happy hour runs from 3 to 6p which includes food and drinks. The food servings are full portions despite what the menu says. Can t beat a great deal.
standard seafood and touristy, but relaxing and pleasant with beautiful harbor view. third floor bar highly recommended, especially at sunset.
Go to Shenanigans instead. Better drink specials and nicer staff. Waitress at Lighthouse acted like she hated her job. Better music at Shenanigans too.
They have great sushi dishes. I had the Parker dip, it was cold. The Sweet potatoes fry were too skinny and cold for no one being in the restaurant for another 45 minutes. Atmosphere is nice. Great for parties and a quick lunch salad...Prices appropriate for the area - tourist attractions nearby.
The view here is great and the food was pretty good. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I only gave 4 stars because we waited a long time for a table and when we were seated, we saw a dozen empty tables. There were 6 workers at the hostess stand....so hopefully they do a better job of managing their manpower moving forward. But we will definitely go back.
Overpriced, disappointing food, sloppy service. Avoid it and take one of the other great places on Long Beach Pier!
Great views of the Queen Mary, Rainbow Harbor, Shoreline Village & Downtown Long Beach. Excellent cuisine, wonderful wine list, superb service. FYI the prices reflect the excellent quality of this outstanding establishment.
Excellent outdoor dining!! Oceanfront patio is so cool!!
Food was very good, but very much on the Heavy side, even going for a lighter dish like the ravioli left us not being able to finish the heavily creamed dish. I would say every dish and side plate can be shared among 2 or even 3 people, with everyone coming out satisfied.
The heirloom tomatoes and cheese was the standout dish for us.
Service was good, but it felt like a machine in there trying to turn tables out as quickly as possible, why am I standing aside as bussers are grabbing glasses and plates every chance they get?
Looked forward to their beef dip and they don't serve it on the weekend, dispointing.
Went with family for my father in law's b'day and was impressed. Great atmosphere great views good food for a good price and really good service.
We rented out a banquet room for a graduation party. Staff did am excellent job. Food was delicious as always. Can't beat the views.
I love it , I tried one of their specialities and was not disappointed, definitely coming back. Mango mojito was a boom
Love the happy hour menu. Best place to eat is outside when the whether is great. Must try the garlic bread and chowder fries.
Way over priced and food was not good. I have has better crab legs in Afghanistan at the army dining facility.
A legendary setting with great offerings of meals and drinks seaside
Wonderful service, delicious food and a fabulous view. We love it and will continue to enjoy it for years to come.
Lovely venue, great food. I think our waiter was a bit inexperienced, but well-meaning. All was well in the end!
Love Parkers! I go there to celebrate the little and big things in life. Great happy hour. Great service. I hope they never change a thing.
Great for large, small groups plus outdoor seating, comtable for the whole family, food is not bad. Great during spring, summer.
