Rather than promoting these women to be actual trainers or giving them any type of raise, the company pays them with giftcards! Most of the women in productions are also the ones who end up working the longest hours. There is no consistent schedule whatsoever and the productions employees are usually asked to also work on weekends. Sometimes they change the time/day that an employee is scheduled come in without letting them know. There are times these employees are asked to work as early as 5am to sometimes as late as 9pm. Alot of times the supervisors send workers to take their lunch as early as 9am (keep in mind the shifts are typically 10+hour shifts) simply because that is most convenient for their system of productions.
