Parker and Sons Review

While Cameron Powell may not be the "Joe" you see in Parker and Sons TV Commercials, I'll choose Cameron any time over Joe. First, he called and about 5 minutes later he was at my door with a big smile on his face. Polite, enthusiastic, eager to please, he went about taking a look at my AC unit to make sure it was in good working order for the summer. Of course, I couldn't see what he did up on the roof, but I DID notice how carefully he put the ladder and the rest of his equipment back on his truck. I figured if he's this careful when no one's looking, I bet he's just as careful with the rest of his work. Shout out to Cameron.

I have used them before, they are the only ones I trust to do the job right and always have all they need with them so it can be fixed at the same time. They are so awesome and so professional & friendly. I will continue to use them as our AC service. Even their customer service is very friendly/ professional. It s quite refreshing.

I had Parker and Sons install a mister system at my home today. The consultant Josh was very thorough and detailed and made some great recommendations for proper installation. I had my own ideas on how I thought things should be routed for ease of installation but after a discussion with Josh I m glad we didn t go that route. Scheduling was quick and the tech Ken showed up promptly on time. Ken did an awesome job and completed the entire project in one day, one trip. After he left, my yard was left without a trace of his visit with the exception of our brand new mister system. This thing works amazing and drops the temp of the patio by an easy 10-15 degrees. I highly recommend this system and the folks who installed it. Thank you so much guys!

Moses was the tech that came out. Called before he came. On time, very professional, walked/talked me through the repairs. Knowledgeable and very professional. Pleasure to deal with. Excellent service! Very pleased with end result. Thank you Moses.

The follow up was awesome on my routine maintenance with Parker & sons. The technician Chris reviewed my account, checked my a/c and made his recommendations. He explained and showed me everything via voltage graphs, pictures, and even saved me money on the unit by making a phone call. All and all everything went super smooth and professional. Also, I ll be making an appointment regarding my water cooler next.

Tried another company first, turned out to be a total Melvin . Called Parker and Son and the electrician who arrived was extremely pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Diagnosed the issue quickly, was clear and accurate about cost.

Fixed the issue very quickly, turns out the home builder had cut several corners and had caused a dangerous issue - sparks and wood are not a good combination, he fixed it properly.

We now feel safe. That s priceless.

Isaac Wilkinson is the best! He personifies the best of the "problem solvers" that I have ever dealt with. When faced with some unique issues with respect to connecting a natural gas stub-out to my new gas grill, he worked with me to think through options and then stayed with our situation until a timely - and highly successful - conclusion was implemented. I will ALWAYS ask for Isaac for any future plumbing needs we may have! Parker and Sons hires the best and they perform as promised.

Parker & Sons was great! Had a copper pipe break and called them hoping to get someone out same day. They had someone here within 2 hours! The technician Jake was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had the repair done in an hour, and kept the cost to a minimum.The overall bill was very reasonable, especially as the service was done on an emergency call. I will definitely refer Parker & Sons in the future.

Normally I wouldn't think it fair to review a company I didn't end up using, but I'm disgusted by how much time and water damage we went through trying to give Parker & Sons our business. We had two different estimates in the same week: the first quoted us over $6000 to install a water softener that we already owned and had ready to plumb. Bit of a joke price and a waste of our time, but we lost little else taking our business elsewhere.

The second estimate I find completely unacceptable. I couldn't be around for it, so I told my wife to have them check out our leaky kitchen sink and just have them fix it if it wasn't going to cost too much. I also wanted them to take a look at our bathroom sink as I noticed the drain pipe was wet and I was concerned there might be a leak. They quoted her over $1200 to fix the kitchen sink (if we were willing to provide the materials) and over $2000 otherwise. It ended up just eeding a supply line tightened.

The bathroom sink he mentioned needed a part that he "might have in his truck" but apparently it wasn't pressing enough to fix, or even include in the estimate. Well, today we found out that water is absolutely pouring into our wall every time we use that sink. (pic attached - does this look like it might be a problem?)

I don't think there's any world where two different plumbers should visit a house looking to a do business, not get anything done, and leave behind two leaking sinks. Thankfully we found other plumbers in the valley who agree. And if anyone thinks Parker & Sons is so great they're worth the above quoted prices, you might just deserve whatever leaky bridge they're selling ya. Fool me twice, I can't afford problems this big not being found and fixed.

We have had the pleasure of doing business with Parker and Sons. Stein our salesman was Fabulous, did not push us into anything that we could not afford, we ended up getting EcoWater System Water Conditioner/Refiner, Reverse Osmosis drinking water system and some plumbing repair out front. Donte Johnson our technician was Amazing, friendly, very efficient, no mess left anywhere, explained step by step process! We are very happy to hear you have more services that we will be needing in the future. Your employees deserve a 5 star rating and more. We love your billboards and thank you again for everything Parker and Sons!
