Isaac Wilkinson is the best! He personifies the best of the "problem solvers" that I have ever dealt with. When faced with some unique issues with respect to connecting a natural gas stub-out to my new gas grill, he worked with me to think through options and then stayed with our situation until a timely - and highly successful - conclusion was implemented.
