Loved the cleanliness and all the nice amenities. Very reasonable prices as well.

I live in Abu Dhabi and prefer to stay in serviced apartments/hotels rather than renting a place for the convenience as it gives me the opportunity to try and experience different hotels. From all the hotels I have stayed in, Park Rotana and Arjan Park are considered the BEST so far!! The room is very spacious and perfectly equipped, the staff at reception are more than PROFESSIONAL and AMAZING - Special thanks to Mr. Raj for doing his best to provide me with my current room, the facilities are PERFECT, the housekeeping staff are so pleasant and friendly, the in-room dining service is EXCEPTIONAL - Special thanks to Mr. Mufaz and Mustain for the being so professional and making me feel welcomed and going the extra mile to make sure I get everything I need. I am very glad for making the choice to stay at this hotel and looking forward to continue my stay here for the coming few months.

Well done to Rotana management for having the best staff and perfect service culture. After staying here, I realize now how miserable my stay was at the other hotel and I am glad I kedr it to come here.

I highly recommend the hotel here for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, I am quite sure you will enjoy your stay here as much as I am doing now.

Is this a three star hotel? Not sure, but I would grade it as such. The hotel rooms are big - but the interior is dark and dingy. It doesn t quite have a welcoming vibe. The pool was under construction when we stayed, so aside from the gym there wasnt really anything leisurely to do there

Great place , excellant service all the staff are helpful.. The interior design of the hotel is quite and elegant the lighting are great let you feel calm and relax. The breakfast have many delicious option

We spent 5 lovely nights on the Arjaan side of the property. The service was fabulous!!! Ginger restaurant was delicious and the service was fantastic. The pool and grounds we're very clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 children (11 & 13)

Ideally located off the highway so easy to get to and away from. Usually go to this hotel for the Coopers bar, however they do have some great facilities including their pool bar and spa.
Their rooms are alright you get what you pay for, a clean room with the basic facilities.

Went to Coopers.. The sound system needs an upgrade along with a new DJ... Drinks are cheap but the bar staff rude...

Stupid afternoon service imagine ur sleeping after work and have someone open the door and open the light and ask u if u need somthing or not. Teach ur staff manners imagine if there is ladies inside the room. If u want to supply the room or clean it do it in the morning

Good property and is located at a very prime location in Abu Dhabi. Just next to the biggest mosque in the world.

Clean, Staff is very kind and helpfull, Rooms have a big space, And resturant isexcellent.
Just need to upgrade the kids play area

Really nice hotel. Mostly filled with business guests. You can see Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque from here. Quite vicinity.

Very nice hotel, good location especially if you are visiting ADNEC. good staff. Very nice breakfast Variety. The rooms are good in space and clean. A little bit dated furniture. I do not have an idea about the prices so could not comment on that.

Its a good place. Very close to ferrari world and grand mosque. But far from main city. So plan accordingly.

Overall it was an amazing stay, super fast check-in no fuss friendly staff... The room was great soothing colour palate, which i really liked bed was a bit sub standard one of the middle legs was broken. Only sad part was the very rude treatment we receive from an employee named Joshna, i was quite taken aback by it. Felt as though i could check out that very moment but her behaviour is no reflection on anything else. I would recommend a stay here...

We had a great vacation at Park Rotana.. Rooms are well organized and very comfy beds they have.. Inspite the hotel was full that time but the service was great.. The folks who are working there they are so friendly and very welcoming.
The swimming pool is a little bit small I think they need to make it bigger or make another deeper one.
Food is tasty at Ginger all day dinning.
For sure we will be back.

Had amazing experience staying in this hotel and very close to shk zayed mosque. Rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Their breakfast was amazing with huge varieties. Staff was really very courteous and helpful

In fact, a guest/ a group once they experience the hospitality in Rotana then they won t be even think of choosing another place for their next stay /event.

The room service quality parking space music moral are perfect but there is only one thing is not good and that is the laundry PRICES for cleaning and stuff Is Extremely ridiculous . Why ? Because iam not cleaning my sins . IT IS ONLY CLOTHING . There is no reasonable reason for thos prices . Thanks

An amazing 5 star hotel. The rooms are nice and gym is good enough for a decent workout. It also has a nice pool as well. The photo is from their bar. It is called... I cant remember the name but its a sports bar. The fish and chips I ate was not the best to be honest but the waiters are very nice and during the happy hour the beer to choose is Hoegarden! In the photos I am trying to chat with a native ;)

A simply fantastic hotel that has felt like home for the past month, as I transition to moving from the U.K. to UAE.
Home is a home because of the people and that is why this place is so lovely. It may be big but hasn t lost its charm or charisma.
The staff are so kind, so friendly, so warm - never met anyone who was off - their patience through this Covid crisis is exemplary especially when people were asked to be patient for someone to help with the buffet!!!
Too many staff to mention but In Gingers Restaurant (great selection of food - thanks to all for your patience in explaining the dishes) Logesh, Yusuf (waiter captain from Delhi - simply call personified) and so professional, Adrian, Anne and so many more I apologise for not remembering.

Joyce and co in housekeeping who made towel animals for your room and were so attentive (save energy though and leave those lights off and save the plastic)

When my wife comes we will come over for dinner but Mr Melhem (manager) be very proud of your whole team. A lovely place to stay.
So it may not be by the sea, deep in the city but if you need somewhere to stay in AD - home from home but with sophistication and professionalism- choose Park Rotana and Arjaan - it s been a great place to start off my new life. Thanks everyone

Cleaning for rooms only twice a week and they are charging for 5 star. Sometimes order takes a long time . staff keep the stuff i.e water bottles/ laundry at your door step instead of handing over to guests.
Very few options for veg food. They are keeping the same menu for a week.
Get the training from Yas Rotana staff they are sensible, co- operative, down to earth and more professional as compared to you guys.

Nice and quite complex in Abu Dhabi. Great location off the freeway in between the city and the suburbs. Also great location for visitors who are looking to visit the grand mosque and Khalifa park, it's right behind it. However the area could get very busy during weekdays work hours.

I Booked online for 2 adult 2 kids. When I arrive there they said no available bed for kids. !!!!!! Why they didn't say that when i booked. also another funny issue . No remote control for TV. No matter how many times you call them . They just smile and say ok we are checking.We spent 2 night without kid bed and without tv <br/>This is first and last time .

It s a good hotel, I stayed many times. But this time was frustrated, I made my reservation by call at 3:30pm and they confirmed to me, once I reach to hotel they told me to take the other entrance as the renovation is there, when I ask the receptionist she said no renovations but the entire park rotana booked by a company, then I been transferred to Arjan, and they told room service will be the same as in park R. later on the hotel staff told me that park rotana is fully reserved for quarantine and there was no transparency as a customer I have the right to know. Room service also was not allowed to serve fully as park R. Better to be transparency especially with customer from the beginning. Thanks

Atmosphere was good with clean rooms but basic facilities was not available as always available in a 5* Hotel (we had to call for the stuff we needed) Breakfast was good but the crew (including leader) was really very aerogant.
