Rooms were clean and nice but a bit dated. Staff were great and very nice. Rooftop bar was overrated. Parking for overnight guests was very, very expensive. We parked elsewhere and took a cab to the hotel.

Nice good view excellent service really romantic atmosphere recommended for those staying in the hotel, nice also the outdoor patio and in winter there is also a beautiful true path! Prices are not exaggerated for the type of venue

first the good --- the night concierge Mr. Steven H. was an angel as he guided me over teh phone to the hotel at night for 15 minutes as i had no GPS and no map. Toronto is really a dark city at night, surprising for being teh biggest in the country. The other service was ok, the bellhops are kind of greedy, waiting like vultures for a tip, so are the valets.

The place is NOT for a family, only a business traveler. Save the $400/night and go somewhere else. The rooms are old with not enough electrical outlets. The bedside table is tiny. The clock cannot be reset if the time is wrong.

worst thing is $50 Can for overnight parking!! About $45 US. Wow, that's crazy!!

I repeat -- only stay here if your business is footing the bill, this is strictly for corporate businessmen and not families.

My family and I attended the Toronto Christmas Parade as we do every year. 13 people join us each time and in the rooms are quite large so it accommodates us well. We have a very large window onlooking the street which gives a great view of the parade. The complementary espresso machine is wonderful and in the lobby they offer loose leaf tea and other years there have been options such as hot chocolate and apple cider. I enjoy my visits at the hotel very much. Thanks.

Excellent location. Around the block the street with the best stores and boutiques like Gucci, Guerlain, Hermes, Prada; etc
One block from the Museo subway station to access any other point in Toronto.
The hotel is nice, somewhat classic and with very good service. Really a hotel for those who come to work in this city and also want to buy something else

Weird experience just booking a room at the Park Hyatt. The rate was $455/nite but I noticed the pre-book no-change rate was 10% less. The fellow, Jason, said he could book that for me and put me on hold. When he came back on the phone he said, "You're lucky. While we are on the phone a big block of rooms got reserved and we are sold out. So you cannot get the pre-book rate." I said, "Why am I lucky?" "Because you got a room before they sold out. But because we are sold out we can't give you the pre-book rate." I told him I would cancel my room and then he would have a room to pre-book. He almost had a hissy fit

Perhaps I was just unlucky, but I felt my room with a king bed was definitely on the small side. Inside, one of the light bulbs on my desk lamp was burnt and the cold water from my bathroom sink barely worked. Brushing my teeth with scorching hot water is not cool.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel, parking is kind of hectic though, the main entrance is for valets and you can get stuck in there for a while if you make the same mistake. parking for the Hyatt is off a side street just north of the building and there's lots of paid street parking nearby if you need.

Had a great stay - ordered room service and everything arrived promptly and as ordered, and the breakfast was good as always. Only thing I could ask for is more options for pillows for something a bit slimmer.

If you have the money to afford the rooftop lounge, you'll be treated to some of the best food and drink in the city accompanied by an absolutely stunning view of the Downtown core. It has a classic feel and decor with incredibly attentive and polite wait staff. If you can afford the $20-$30 cocktails it's a fantastic experience.
