I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Hotel for a night during a business trip. The service was one of the best I have experienced in Toronto. The staff seemed to anticipate every need of the guests. My room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The food was outstanding. I will certainly be booking this hotel for my future business trips.

Came by for dinner after visiting the Rom. Service was amazing and love the dishes I ordered.
The hotel is impeccable in every way. Located in the best area of Toronto, close to museums, bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, elegant, functional and very well equipped. The bed is excellent. All the staff are very courteous. On the 18th floor is located the lounge, which serves very good snacks and dishes, great drinks and drinks options and one of the best views of the Toronto Tower.
I have always had great service at the Park Hyatt. I have not visited in a while and the front desk still remembered my name which really blows me away.
Went to the cafe/bar in the hotel and definitely recommend it. Great view/and good range of drinks. They serve you complimentary nuts. I'm taking off one star because of how busy and inconsistent their reservations was but its worth the view especially on a dinner somewhere nearby.
The people are nice and the service is great, but the beds are really uncomfortable.
The service is impeccable and the rooms are a good size. No complaints.
I was there for the spa. I absolutely love the spa and have been there many times before. Unfortunately, the massage therapist, although lovely, wasn't very good.
The hotel needs to be updated, is not in keeping with the Park Hyatt brand.
The staff are always pleasant and Profesional. I especially enjoy their Spa. The front desk personal are always helpful and kind.
Hotel and room were very clean, although some aspects a bit dated. Requested a room with a view and did not get it, was looking at a parking lot instead of the skyline. The fitness centre is great, although quite secluded, making it a little awkward to be the only one in there. Parking is very pricey, and there are no guest parking spots whatsoever, so you need to be prepared to pay $60 for parking.
Very nice hotel! I had a room with a city view of the entire Toronto skyline. Rooms are nice, and the service is friendly and prompt.
Ate dinner there it was fantastic would recommend it in the future.

Great property in the trendy/upscale Yorkville area. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Sadly they will be closed for the next 2 years for renovations. Will definitely return once they reopen.
Our room was nice but with many problems. The toilet would make flushing noises every few hours. My wife normally is a heavy sleeper and this even woke her up. In the morning, I would hear what seemed like furniture being moved from the floor above. Also, you can hear your neighbors bathroom. Be prepared to wait about ten minutes sometimes to get your car from the valet. The staff, though, are nice and the location is great. Not a five star hotel by any means. Unfrortunately, not even a four star in my experience.

Artisan cocktails and a simple but classy (and yummy) menu. Service is very professional. Small rooftop patio gives a beautiful view of the Toronto skyline as it descends into evening. On the pricey side, but for good reason.
The Park Hyatt is conveniently located uptown near two subway lines. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Concierge service is excellent and friendly and go out of the way to assist
The interior is drab, but the location (a ritzy shopping area) is pretty good. The upstairs bar is probably the highlight. If you can, stay at the newer Four Seasons nearby.
Amazing views from the rooftop bar. Food and drinks are great, but a little on the expensive side, as expected. All of the staff are great.

Great location. Easy access to Museum Subway Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant hotel was exceptional.

Incredible view of the city. Bar upstairs gives you snacks even if you only order drinks. No shade on the balcony though so no protection from sunlight.
Looks amazing and smells really nice all the time I think they pump oxygen into the halls. My wife went for a prenatal massage at the spa and had a hard time getting out of the pregnancy pillow or bed which took up a lot of the time and had her achy for the last part. However without asking or complaining the manager came over to ask about what happened and then gave a 50% refund for what happened. I consider that amazing service. Looks like a quality establishment.
Room was not worth the money we payed to stay. There were not enough outlets in the room. The washroom door did not lock and over night valet was $50. I doubt I'd go out of my way to stay at this property again.
Located right between ROM and Yorkville. My room is the standard room. It's quite large and has big window. All in all i had a great time there

Website made it seem like it was a full service fitness centre when in fact it is like 5 cardio machines and dumbbells that go up to 45lbs. The concierge said he would get me a pass at a local gym nearby and leave a message on my room voicemail....this never happened. The night stands in my room were in bad shape with the bottoms peeling off. The bathrooms however were really nice, except the showerhead which seemed to be from a motel. Definitely not what I expected from such a pricey hotel
Great location. In the heart of downtown. Especially very close to the Royal Ontario Museum. Great place to stay if you want to check out Toronto. Beautiful city. Amazing people.
