Do NOT host an event here. Terrible customer service, the sales team and events team do not communicate with one another so whatever is promised will likely be incorrect. Extremely rude and tough to deal with. We frequent Beaver Creek, and will NOT be going back to the Park Hyatt.

Park Hyatt, you can t keep charging five star prices and give one star service! Our family of four booked two adjoining rooms for spring break and when I got the bill I almost fell out of my chair. We usually stay at Highlands condos but we wanted to try a hotel for its convenience with on-site restaurant, bar and in room dining. With the pandemic the restaurant is at 50% capacity and they have no in room dining except for early breakfast and dinner. This ordinarily wouldn t be a big deal but they kept turning us away for lunch with what seemed to be less than half capacity. None of this information was given at booking. We ate at 8100 restaurant on site for dinner one time and had to send back two dishes for being freezing cold. Each time my family of four ate the breakfast buffet they charged us over $150. A handful of times we ordered drinks at the bar. Our grand total for four nights (2 rooms- One king regular room and joined with one double regular room) was $9850 which comes to 2460 per night!!!! Do not waste your money here. You can stay at a beautiful Highlands Condo that sleeps 10 right now for under $600 a night! Boy did I learn my lesson.

Just spent a Saturday night there. The hotel restaurant had a menu with 5 items on it for dinner, including chips and salsa for $20. Sorry we decided to get some potato chips and granola bars from the gift shop and eat in our room.

Unfortunately we were placed in a room next door to 4 high school boys who were up and loud until midnight.

The rooms and 5 hot tubs were amazing!

Upon checking out, and letting them know we had a disappointing stay, I got a few weak excuses and we were on our way

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. Check-in was quick and pleasant and the staff gave helpful suggestions and handouts to help us plan our stay. The room was very clean, spacious,.gorgeous, and well-stocked with coffee, tea, and cosmetics. The grounds are beautiful and back to several trails, making it ideal for hiking. As well, it is right next to several stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The pool and fitness center are lovely as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Justin is a fantastic deep > firm therapist and the spa is truly an wonderful space to relax... locals ought to check it out during offseason or take guests when they visit... it is much more open and light as opposed to the other amazing spa of Beaver Creek in the belly of the Ritz at Bachelor Gulch where the darker cozier cabin feel is a complete contrast.
Here it's nice to know is a staple part of the luxury that gives this area its prestige.

First time to the hotel and Beaver Creek in general.

Pros:
Gorgeous lobby. Rooms (stayed in 2 bed mountain side room) are nice.
Free coffee and lattes in the am.
The on demand shuttle service within Beaver Creek (innl the Ritz) is wonderful.
The fact that the hotel is in the village is super convenient and there's lovely landscaping and sitting, fire pits, etc.
Check in was easy, got into our room an hour before check in.

Cons:
$50 valet is crazy, plus $35 resort fee.
Disappointed with my room. I have status w/Hyatt, the hotel felt pretty vacant and we got what i'm guessing is one of the worst rooms in our category - it was end of the hotel so our mountainside view was mostly of the rocks near the pool.
Also disappointed that I got a blanket no when I asked for later checkout.

We had dinner at the Ritz and I had looked into staying there so it was good to see how it compares. First, it's way more expensive so not the same category as Park Hyatt. Overall, Ritz was super lux mountain resort with tons of gorgeous wood and stone. Park Hyatt felt less mountain-y. If money were no object I'd prob stay at the Ritz but taking advantage of the live usic there and outdoor fire plus dinner was a good balance to then staying at the PArk Hyatt.

Our family had a great time while at the Hyatt. The bellman's are extremely friendly and professional. I enjoyed every interaction with them. The room itself was nice. It's great that the hotel is right on the resort area. You just step out and you are right in the heart of the shopping area. The breakfast buffet was amazingly delicious! It's pricey of course, but well worth it.
