Beautiful place with the best beach in the UAE. With great food.

Top class. We had breakfast by the beach and the waves crashing on the shore as background music.

Actually renz and Sulaiman are so friendly guys and welcoming even in time of corona. I enjoyed the service

My wife, 5 month old son and I stayed at the Park Hyatt early August.

The staff were outstanding, very attentive, professional and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, even for the Manager (who was fantastic!!).

We stayed at the Park Hyatt during a busy period (as it was a local holiday) and with the advent of COVID-19, the staff must have been under a great deal of pressure but that didn't transfer at all as we had a wonderful stay - it was a proper break.

The rooms were great - I highly recommend the Executive beach villa with its own pool - we have a baby so the extra space and plunge pool were certainly appreciated.

I can not speak highly enough of the staff though and they did everything they could to make our stay outstanding and that certainly came through - so thank you all very much!!

Although away from the city area, you can enjoy a very gorgeous hotel stay for the price. Because you can use the pool and SPA after check out, if you return home on a night flight, you will be showered before returning home. Water is distributed everywhere, so you do not have to buy a lot at the mall.

I love the Beach House restaurant. The waiters Suleiman and Chingiz are very kind and making sure the customer are happy and checking on timely basis (not irritating level). Very nice romantic atmosphere. Just love it

Despite implementing COVID 19 precautionary and safety measures, I believe Park Hyatt is not ready to receive guests and provide hospitality. Staff to guest ratio has probably impacted the operations and quality of service. The villa 725 appeared to be clean until we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom! Room service was very disappointing, the breakfast order was incomplete and not per our requirements. My wife is pregnant and ordered well done eggs yet we received rare cooked ones. We only got to know that they sent proper order when we were leaving the room! (They never apologized or called to inform us that they are sending the right order!). When compared to similar 5 stars resorts offering similar service, the pool size is small and provides no privacy. Overall, I would not recommend visiting the resort until they get their act together and provide a real 5 stars hospitality service!

Excellent hotel with magnificent beach area. The view is breathtaking. Everything is very clean and the staff is super friendly and fast. The quality of the food served at the restaurants is excellent, a lot of various things every day. Pool area is beautiful and we'll maintained. Best hotel on saadiyat island

Friendly, fabulous, five star service. A beautiful light bright hotel suite. Everything we wanted was available and views to die for. Cannot wait to go back.

The Beach House lounge bar is the perfect place for a relaxing drink after work or for a romantic evening

Very nice and quiet hotel on Saadiyat Island. The hotel's own beach is beautiful and invites you to relax. The sea is very clean and you can watch a few fish and rays. The pool area is well maintained and invites you to cool off. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. You can get everyone free of charge water and towels or bring.
The rooms are modern and spacious. The hotel's restaurants can only be recommended.

Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms! The room is made twice a day and nothing is missing in the room. Very attentive staff! Absolutely the half board book !!!

Deficiency is the abolished shuttle and the quite expensive prices for food and drink.
There are no shops in the immediate vicinity. Abu Dhabi can be reached by taxi for 5 .

Love this hotel, the best part is the Beach House bar / restaurant, which is right on the beach, great drinks and food, amazing ambiance and views. Relax and watch the beautiful sunset

One of the nicest hotels to relax I know. The staff is absolutely attentive. Every wish is fulfilled if it can be fulfilled.
The food is one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. Selected ingredients in great variations put together. Just delicious.

Amazing Brunch, Service was Perfect, Value for money with use of Entertainer. Good selection of cocktails n mocktails.

Nice hotel in a nice spot.... the best place for relaxing afternoon

Outdoor environment can blow you away especially during full moon times. Rooms are very comfortable, bed mattress is just perfect. Entire room is furnished and equipped with all essentials. You will never think that something is missing. Service is just excellent. Food is delicious.

It's a good hotel. However it's is a bit outside of town. Having said that Abu Dhabi as a city has very limited options

Decided to stay a night at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat Beach. Upon check in, we were greeted by the amazing Aditya who automatically upgraded us to a sea view room and granted us a late check out. We were extremely pleased and made our way out to the beach. The sea was pristine and the temperature was just right. We had dinner reservations at the Beach House. The restaurant served a variety of Mediterranean cuisine. We were fortunate to be seated outside facing the sea. The food, lounge music and sea air just made this night so memorable. The next day, we spent the afternoon by the adult pool and then I got a relaxing massage at the spa. All in all, a fantastic experience. The only negative experience I had was with the breakfast buffet. Due to the safety restrictions imposed by COVID 19 and regulated by the hotel, guests are not allowed to pick food themselves. This wasn t relayed to us and we were given gloves to wear which I assumed was to handle food. Until now, I have no idea why the gloves were distributed. I wasn t able to see anything because I didn t have my contacts on and the wait staff told me to point at whatever food I wanted. This experience was so enraging - why open a buffet if we can t pick our own selections and quantity of food. So out of sheer disappointment, I ordered a basic plain omelette which, believe it or not, took 30 minutes to arrive. I mean, they totally forgot my order and when I inquired lied and said it was coming. The omelette was sooo salty and barely edible. Anyway, do yourself a favor. Order room service for breakfast where a la carte menus are available instead of a buffet where you have to point for what you want.

I've tried both Park Hyatt and St Regis Saadiyat. Park Hyatt has better service, less crowded,and nicer staff but the decor in St Regis is better also the variety of restaurants is more in St Regis. The internet in the Park Hyatt is really slow and weak signal.

Great hotel in a beautiful part of the City. Rooms are large and peaceful with great views. Pool area is nice but the beach is better. Many more families here this year than when I came a year ago. Seems to have become a bit of a European package holiday destination during Ramadan. The food quality had decreased a lot since I visited a year ago.

Had a daypass on a weekend, Nice ambience , pool was not overcrowded, the only thing is beach towels are not provided, but it's managable

The villa was splendid. The pool, beach and spa were breathtaking.
The staff were very attentive at all times. We thank Adil for his warm welcome and his professionalism, he was able to receive us.

Such a beautiful spot for sunset. Very relaxing. Sea in front of you. Stuff of Beach House are really nice. I had a Sunset Saadiyat mocktail, nothing special about it, just very sweet. Asked for olives as snack. I enjoyed my time with my friends in here. Definitely will go back for another sunset

We visit the lounge called shala and has very good vibes drinks and food, i would like to highlight suleiman who took care of us. We will visit again

Slightly remote from the city and theme parks but great pools and beach. 50dirham taxi to parks or mall and 20 to the Louvre. Super clean and comfortable rooms.

Beautiful and serene location. Ideal for a peaceful getaway.

Park Hyatt in Abu Dhabi was amazing. One place stood out and one staff member stood out for us. The place is Shala and the staff member is Mr. Suleiman. Cute little roof top with boho style vibes and music. Amazing views, great views and memorable experience. Suleiman thank you.

Nice hotel, good food despite Corona, nice pool, nice beach, friendly

Their service is not decorated, and the rooms are unclean and have insects ... and if you are mistaken, they will not please the resident .. your eyes will come out.

The location is excellent but the hotel service is unhappy
