Despite implementing COVID 19 precautionary and safety measures, I believe Park Hyatt is not ready to receive guests and provide hospitality. Staff to guest ratio has probably impacted the operations and quality of service. The villa 725 appeared to be clean until we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom! Room service was very disappointing, the breakfast order was incomplete and not per our requirements. My wife is pregnant and ordered well done eggs yet we received rare cooked ones. We only got to know that they sent proper order when we were leaving the room! (They never apologized or called to inform us that they are sending the right order!). When compared to similar 5 stars resorts offering similar service, the pool size is small and provides no privacy. Overall, I would not recommend visiting the resort until they get their act together and provide a real 5 stars hospitality service!
