I reached out to Parrish and Company after I damaged my garage door and needed one panel to be ordered so I could fix it. Gerd was my point of contact, he was able to order it quickly, and have to ready for me to pick up. Gerd was very professional, and the replacement panel matched perfectly to the remaining panels on my garage door. Thank you Gerd!!

This is a tale of the good and the bad. We first visited Parrish, I believe, because out builder told us we could buy gas logs there for our built-in fireplace. We went to their showroom in Bulverde and saw one we liked by Heatilator. Turns out Parrish doesn't install Propane appliances! They sold it to us anyway without giving us the negative. (that's a negative}. Seems that in Texas you have to have a plumbing license to install propane appliances! They didn't have a plumber on the payroll, and told me they had never had to, and weren't going to spend the extra money to have one!
The plumbing contractor for the house found us a plumber who really worked hard and got the logs in stalled. He wasn't familiar with the unit and so there were things we did not learn.
A year later (now) the log set died. I probably killed it, but had help. In desperation I called Parrish and they sent this great guy out. It seems once the thing is installed the people who can't install can do maintenance. He got the thing working again and gave us pointers on future upkeep I would like to recommend him strongly as he is very personable and knowledgeable.

just called and got the worst customer service ever. No answers... did not want to investigate or do any discovery work. NOTHING. I called to see if my old fireplace had a replacement front with doors (or not with doors). Right off the bat... NO. Since the model number did not come up in her system. I was just cut off and not a viable client at that point.
I kept asking questions - do you have anything similar ....NO! Do you have a sales team that can perhaps find something similar to my measurements... .NO. Can you help me at all ..... basically no no no no.
If they would have emailed me with possible See-through fireplaces they sold... i would be at least open to driving 1 hour to see their showroom. OR perhaps sending me ideas of entire replacement of the fireplace unit.
She totally dropped the call and was just not helpful not even trying to sell me anything. What a complete waist of my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eddie was rude and condescending. Made it clear he REALLY didn't want to deal with a homeowner and preferred dealing with builders. When it came time to pick up my parts, I had to keep checking their counts to make sure I wasn't getting shorted. Get EVERYTHING in writing when dealing with Eddie. Better yet, go somewhere else.

I called and made an appointment at their showroom during regular business hours. When I showed up the front gates and doors were locked. I called and left a message and never heard back. It seems they are only concerned with large builders and not individual jobs. I don't recommend this company.

Great products, but bad consultation. Be careful Not to accept Eddie's word, because he won't be there to answer for it. Their installers even recounted that the sales staff frequently and Knowing makes mistakes. I went over measurements they asked me for and verified them before ordering. Parts still didn't fit. Sierra told me not their problem because I provided measurements, and would have to be charged again; based even on criteria Eddie asked me for. Good at sales, bad on follow through. Beware, they won't own up to their mistakes.

Worst experience ever. This company installed a broken dishwasher in my brand new build home. When I contacted this company they told me to contact the manufacturer. I just moved into my brand new home and my dishwasher did not work. I had to chase down the manufacturer it took over a month and a half to get it repaired. What a horrible experience. They didn t help me at all. They installed a dishwasher that didn t work for the customer they should have came and replaced it and they refused to. I was without a dishwasher for weeks from the day I moved into a brand new home.
