I just had the best experience buying glasses at Paris West! Such nice guys here. Jason took me through all of the glass shapes and found me a pair that really fits my face well. They really did a fantastic job. And they have a section of Prix Fixe frames that are more affordable but still nice if that s your thing.
Kaylynn to the rescue! A lens popped out of my glasses while visiting Baltimore...Kaylynn matched the odd screw, remounted the lens, and trimmed the screw for a perfect and comfortable fit. Thanks again for the great service!
This place is amazing!! The eye doctor here worked with me on my prescription and cleared up some issues I've had with glasses in the past. The retail staff were very friendly and helpful. They have an overwhelming selection of super stylish glasses. However, I wanted to buy glasses online (cheaper), and they didn't pressure me or make me feel weird about that at all. Also, there's a 50% discount for Hopkins students!! You should get your eyes checked here!

This optical shop Rocks! I have over 18 top end designer frames and frequently visit many optical shops across the east coast from Florida to NYC. Paris Optical carries only the best frame brands, and is now on my top list of optical shops. It carries more top frame names than anyone I know. You won t find the typical boring and unoriginal frames that most opticians carry. These are frames from top designers, and these designers only concentrate on eyewear and nothing else. These frames will make you look great, get you noticed, and provide you many amazing compliments. The owner (Jordan) is super cool and knows what looks great on you. He loves amazing frames and it shows. I know NO ONE that carries all my favorite frames... Theo, Blake Kuwahara, Woow, Kirk & Kirk, along with many others. Today I purchased frames from a designer that I never heard of. Jacques Marie Mage. Jacques Marie Mage frames look amazing on me. Each unique frame is produced in a limited quantity of 400 worldwide! WARNING! Don t be 5 minutes late for your appointment or you will basically be told to leave. I am a physician who sees patients who arrive hours late and who even come on the wrong day. I was appalled at the rudeness of the Paris West optometrist. I won t be back.

I bought two pairs of 2.5 eyeglasses from this store about 5 years ago. Then I moved to a different state. Over the years I lost one pair and the other pair got broken nose frame recently. Because I really liked the lightness of the eyeglasses and a local eyeglass store told me that the broken nose frame could be replaced by the manufacturer, I started to call the store for possible repair and it has not been a pleasant experience. In the first call, I was told records of purchases made 5 years ago are deleted. In the second call, I asked for an email address so that I could send pics of my receipt and the broken eyeglass for an inspection. It was obvious I was given an incorrect email twice in this call and the third call. I called for the 4th time and mentioned that if it can be fixed, I would be happy to purchase another pair as backup and of course also the repair cost. This time, they actually found my purchase record in their computer. I was finally given an email address said to belong to the owner and able to receive my email. It has been about two weeks and I got no response.

This store has it all... great exam by Dr. Rubin who gave me a new prescription for contacts that is 100% better than my old one. Cailin's help in finding frames for me was equally incredible. The frames that she found for me were absolutely better than anything that I would have found for myself. Their selection of frames is impeccable... and combined with her uncanny talent in choosing just the right ones makes this my favorite place for exams and eyeglasses.
Outstanding customer service. I bought my glasses here about 6-7 years ago and will continue to work with this business as long as I need corrective lenses. From my experience, they sincerely care about the customer and try to find the best solution for you. When I think about my interactions with them, the term serendipity comes to mind, but I'm not sure it has anything to do with luck, I think they are just that good.

I'm so glad I came here! Affordable, awesome doctor, the girls that work here are super nice. They give you a discount if you have Medicaid. They don't push stuff on you, I didn't have to wait to be seen. They actually run on time and see you when yr appointment is scheduled for. Definitely coming back here in the future and kinda pissed I've been wasting my money at other places in the past!
The customer service here is exceptional. All I have to do is explain what I m looking for, and their talented staff always identifies frames that I fall in love with! (Because, well, I can t see how they look on me!). Their guarantees on the glasses (lenses included) are unrivaled. Wife's glasses broke last night at the annual death metal festival and I came here for a quick repair job. Being from a different country (glorious Canada) I was very happy when the staff were quick to help, extremely polite, and fast on the job. I was there for less than five minutes which means I got back to my hotel with time for two drinks before heading to today's show. 5/5, would buy from here if I didn't live 666 kilometers away.
I left my glasses in another city and needed a new pair ASAP, and the people at Paris West Optical completely saved the day! I called them up, and within a few hours I had an affordable new pair of glasses in my hands. They were even able to accommodate my out-of-date prescription, which everywhere else I contacted had refused to do. This is the best eye doctor I've ever seen! Super thorough and I felt he was committed so resolving my issues with contacts. The only downside is that he's only in on Fridays, but it's totally worth a little schedule rearranging. Make an appointment! You won't regret it!
