Outstanding customer service. I bought my glasses here about 6-7 years ago and will continue to work with this business as long as I need corrective lenses. From my experience, they sincerely care about the customer and try to find the best solution for you. When I think about my interactions with them, the term serendipity comes to mind, but I'm not sure it has anything to do with luck, I think they are just that good.
