I bought two pairs of 2.5 eyeglasses from this store about 5 years ago. Then I moved to a different state. Over the years I lost one pair and the other pair got broken nose frame recently. Because I really liked the lightness of the eyeglasses and a local eyeglass store told me that the broken nose frame could be replaced by the manufacturer, I started to call the store for possible repair and it has not been a pleasant experience. In the first call, I was told records of purchases made 5 years ago are deleted. In the second call, I asked for an email address so that I could send pics of my receipt and the broken eyeglass for an inspection. It was obvious I was given an incorrect email twice in this call and the third call. I called for the 4th time and mentioned that if it can be fixed, I would be happy to purchase another pair as backup and of course also the repair cost. This time, they actually found my purchase record in their computer. I was finally given an email address said to belong to the owner and able to receive my email. It has been about two weeks and I got no response.
