I went for the first time in this store to find a battery for my scooter, the seller tm brings the battery and tell me that it costs 75 euros, I told him that on the internet it sells between 30 and 45 euros. I was looking for a shop to avoid the delivery time, but as the price difference was too great I preferred to order it on the internet. I kindly ask him if he can confirm me and give me the reference, the vexed and pissed off, he said no , I find it disgusting since it cost him nothing, moreover I expected to bring my scooter for review.I think that in addition to being thieves they are unworthy to claim to be a trader. Who would agree to pay a product 2 times more expensive.

I bought 3 motorcycles there (used fz6 and 2 Street triple new).
The Triumph salesman is great and is always ready to help. He helped me in the process of obtaining refunds and free discounts off the flight from my Street.
They don t hesitate to try to help you, and the invoices are very correct.
The mechanics are also great and do a very good job. The whole team is of good advice to adjust your bike (especially for the circuit in my case, they show you how to adjust your bike).

They are all very nice and friendly people, and always offer you coffee (and croissants if you come early).

Bonus: they lend you a motorbike of your choice outside of your repairs. And booking a free trial is very easy.

I go to this store to buy biker and motorcycle equipment. There is a lot of choice and the sellers are friendly. You are not necessarily asked for more expensive items.
I like the garage part less where I don't go anymore. They billed me for a light adjustment and a chain lubrication that was not done. It didn't inspire confidence. I prefer a smaller garage.

Avoid as much as possible !!
My scooter had an ignition fault, it went out untimely; in addition to an EFI light which remained on!
Almost 700 euros billed for a failure not found (when I brought my scooter back to the provinces, it was found that it was the charge regulator that was defective..280 euros of more work but at least now it works)
5 hours of unsuccessful troubleshooting but invoiced to finally advise me to disconnect the red light from the EFI which remained on!

Very expensive that it is workshop or accessory they turn on. By cons equipment vendors located upstairs are super nice and gives excellent advice always in a good mood and very pleasant. There is Delphine and a gentleman with long hair. Frankly very good seller. Thank you.

Very disappointed. This is where I bought my 2016 Honda cb500x. I bring it for the 20,000 overhaul. Knowing that the appointment had been made 3 weeks in advance. No air filter because no stock (despite 3 cb500x on show). But supposedly my filter is not dirty. (Despite 50km of ring road per day for 2 years)
Right footrest incorrectly replaced, coolant level too low. I don't even dare to imagine if the valve clearance was done correctly. If Honda Japan knew about this type of disastrous service they would take action.
