Paris Las Vegas Review

Overall this was a fun casino. Excellent food, fun drinks, gorgeous strip views, and phenomenal customer service.

Casino staff friendly and accommodating. Casino floor is very spacious due to the ceilings being way up there. Plenty of places to eat from Chinese to Japanese Ramen to the Gordon Ramsey Steakhouse which is excellent.

My daughter wanted to spend some days here for her 10th birthday and it was an excellent experience.

The layout of the entire property is nice, the rooms are beautiful, the pool is exceptional, and it's a safe location in the middle of The Strip.

I would definitely come back and recommend that you book your stay here as well.

Went for the gondola ride. Fun time. Great shopping and lots of good food choices.

This casino is always our first choice when enjoying Las Vegas. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the buffet is one of the best in town!

The walk up bar outside of buffet had the best quick bloody marys. Nothing fancy just good. Roullette tables were good to us too.

Cost additional $35 per day to use the hot tub/sauna/steam...or take a shower. No water or snacks... what a disappointment!

Amazing service, the best view possible. Worth staying at Paris Las Vegas.

Had a great time. It's still my favorite casino but it's getting a little worn and staff aren't as friendly as they were years ago. I think the management there may be lacking as their vibe across the board was one of going through the motions and not very into their jobs.

Rude woman at the check in. They nickel and dime you for everything. Our room was ready but can t check into 4 PM, if you want late check out $25. Valet should be free for hotel guests. Not impressed.

I am sure people have wonderful rooms and experiences at the Paris.. But when things do go wrong?.
Very disappointed. Choose Paris due to being center of strip and good reviews. the room (26th floor) we have is old, broken, worn, ripped up and busted. We have now found out they are renovating the rooms directly above us and this floor is probably next, banging overhead all day long 6am to 9pm. (We were told they didn t start until 9am which was straight out not true) We were not told about any renovations and only found out when Calling the front desk to ask why/when the noise would stop. Received a tough cr@p your problem, why are you bothering me attitude. When the bellhop originally dropped off our luggage he called from our room because he had never seen a room here without any USB ports of any kind and the front desk told him they would do nothing about it with these types of rooms? There was a antiquated non working all in one charger coming out of phone that has scorch/melt marks on it, our bathroom wall vents are clogged %90 with dust, furniture is very worn out, crooked lights, moldy shower. Toilet seat scratched to heck?! It was dirty, worn. We were told/directed to use auto kiosk to check in and out. Our only human contact was via phone with employees/call center? Those actual human employees did not care and let us know that.

Not to bad. I gave it three stars because most of the restaurants were closed at night... This is Vegas! You would think the restaurant's would be open 24 hrs...

Fantastic restaurants covering for inside and out, casino well placed under the replica Eiffel tower. Great Asian food there too.

CAFE ST. LOUIS. great french onion soup and chopped. salad, 3 persons in our group were really impressed by different types of burgers each was equally impressed by their sandwiches and the fritts. the food was well worthed, and the servant, Olga, was exceptionally nice and gave us great service.

It was really nice to be at top Eiffel tower with my lit boy so he can memory his very own and young experience.

Great place to work probably and to visit and stay.

Quite an experience. Indeed a worth going place. But, eat, roam around. It feels like Paris. Although I've not been to Paris in France but it gave me a feeling as if I was there. Going to the top of tower is silly act and waste of money but the rest is cool. Feels dusk time because it has painted ceilings. A must go place. Entry is free.

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful and friendly staff. Comfy beds, great job sanitizing. Took a star away because we couldn't get a drink to save our lives. Not one cocktail waitress and all the bars were closed. 4 day stay had a great time despite the drought. Oh and you had to wear a mask at the pool, fyi.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. They did great with the check-in. No lines and most of it was automated.

We stayed in a room on the 16th floor facing the strip, and the view is incredible. We were warned that there would be a good deal of noise at night due to that location, and it was noisy, so be aware of that with the Eiffel Tower view.

We were disappointed in the size of the room and the amenities. Wifi is only for 2 devices and then jes $14 per day. We were double charged for room service even after being brought the wrong meal. There is no coffee maker in the room, though there is a mini fridge and a safe. The room was relatively clean on arrival. Staff was friendly. We won't stay again though. With such high nightly rates, we were unimpressed that everything down to the internet was a separate charge. B-

Room was great, location was right in the center of the strip, great atmosphere, free parking for guests.

I love this place! An ultimate vacation getaway. Party all the time!

We visited the Beer Park for an evening event. It was all right..the bar is set on the second floor facing Bellagio so you have a nice view. They run most of the popular sporting events so folks can enjoy! Food was fine, nothing extraordinary but as you would expect. Service was good.

The rooms were amazing and very comfortable and the veiw from your room was amazing the restraunts had a lot of good food, i would come and visit this place if i were you.

The location of the Paris is one of the bests, the entrance is very close to the strip and the view is amazing from the upper floors. The pool is pretty awful and the casino is average. The service was good and the rooms are pretty convenient and big for 3-4 persons.

Hotel is nice and clean. I traveled here for a trade show for work, and everything seems to go smoothly. There are lots of great restaurants and shops around this hotel. The only downfall is it doesn't seem to be near the more new attractions and the employees aren't super nice.

I went there just to find a perfect croissant and cup of coffee. Total bummer, nothing Paris Paris about it. Microwaved croissant, boring coffee found in every casino. But, nice theme to walk around the shops, pretty cute.

Good service, great food. I only gave 4 stars because it could be a little bit more clean, specially under the circumstances we are living now.

Rooms: so nice. Big and clean. Bed is so comfortable. 5 Staff: the lady in the check in was rude. Other guys was friendly. 4

It was a nice place to visit but everyone smoking skunk was a bad experience. Other than that pictures opportunities are cool

Absolutely love this hotel. You can see the giant ferris wheel from my window. My only complaint is room service menu prices are extremely high.

Room was spacious and comfortable but that shouldn't be a surprise for what we paid.

We waited 45 minutes to check in and also 20 minutes to check out (the express machines sent us to the counter). When we complained about this, the counter staff was very dismissive of it, nearly bordering rudeness. The wait and this attitude are both shocking and unacceptable for a hotel of that standard and for the price we paid. We always judge a business by the response we get when there is a problem (and not by its facilities) and we are extremely disappointed.

This is evidence of very poor management. Customer service should always be a priority and complaints taken seriously. A recurring problem (wait) should be addressed with more staff on duty when needed.

Now we know where not to stay next time.

There is a small pizza place in the hotel that's cheap and good.

Good food and nice view. Quiet and cozy place suitable for dates or business lunches.

Central location on the Strip. Some rooms with great view of the Bellagio water fountain.
Traffic is often nasty around the hotel.

The hotel is easily accessible via the Monorail.
The Monorail stations platform was drafty and cold but that was to be expected on one of the rate rainy days in Las Vegas.

Paris Hotel in Las Vegas was a wonderful place to stay. Naturally there were the casinos with all types of gambling. There are several restaurants in the hotel ranging from American Cuisine to, of course, French cuisine. You are able to pay to go up the Eiffel Tower portion of the hotel and there is also a restaurant that you can eat at in this casino that gives you an elevated look over the Las Vegas Strip. It s expensive but totally worth it! The food was delectable and the view amazing!

Great view of Vegas. It was a beautiful day but a bit breezy. Worth the cost of admission. Fully enclosed cage protects viewers with small openings for photos. Safe and fun.

Overall good experience, and under better circumstances could have improved significantly. Hot water is hard to come by during crucial periods in the morning and evening at the end of the hall, apparently. And there are no microwaves or coffee pots in certain rooms, I assume for safety reasons, but it just made this business trip a bit more difficult. I can take combat showers and find hot beverages elsewhere - could live with that. The only real complaint I had was with luggage assistance on checkout. Needed to leave my bag, and asked for it to be at a certain location at a specific time (and tipped well). The bag wasn t where they said it would be, so as I was running around trying to find it, my bus to the airport left. If it wasn t for that stress, this would have been a most wonderful stay.

What a trill to stay in such a romantic place. made me feel young and alive again with all the great amenities and service offered.surely a 5star

Haven't been to Paris Casino in a very long while. The Casino floor appears to have been revamped with more slot machine kiosks. I really had to do a long search for slot machines that allowed me to only use a maximum of 2 coins (50 cents). The cocktail service is not as it used to be. Too long of a wait for a cocktail service to come by, and longer to get your beverage. Other wise, the few cocktail service I came across were very friendly. Sadly, there were a lot of venues closed in both Bally's and Paris. I do understand the fact that because of the "Covid-19" guidelines, this is neccessary. The overall atmosphere at the Casino was ok, not that much people.

Had a great time here! I would recommend and am looking forward to coming back.

Not a guest. Beautiful hotel on the inside and out. Would love to stay there. We had dinner at a Japanese restaurant late at night that was amazing!

I actually enjoyed this hotel. I never knew I d be a fan but the rooms had excellent views of the tower, pools and the Bellagio s water show. I d recommend. I d give it a 5star, but they did not have water to drink in the room. Not even bottled water that we could just pay for, so we had to go down and get some, whatever, the rest was on point

Very nice rooms, and right on the strip. Internet is horrible so up your data plan before you go!

Never used to go in because it didn't appeal to me with all the other Vegas attractions, however this has stood the test of time and endured. Love the light open feel, Hexx is awesome for people watching, great location and just an all round great las vegas property

Fabulous views, great club, awesome eats! Paris Las Vegas was a unique stop while in town and it is a great place to visit due to the overall vibe, atmosphere and energy of this place. The club upstairs that's half way up the "Eiffel Tower" is decent: music and staff and the security guys were awesome. The music was alright and it's what you would expect: new hip hop and pop and some top 40 stuff. If you are an ol skool hip hop head like me then it's not really enjoyable but it is a great place to be especially if you come with friends. Try out Paris in Las Vegas next time you are here! I know I Will!!!!

Can't beat the buffet at Paris Las Vegas. The desserts. Yum!

My husband and I have stayed with y all 2 times in 2018 & 2019 & I also had my son stay there as well & I just called to book a few rooms for my sons wedding & you guys comped him, but refuse to give me any discount bc I never used my rewards card ! What a way to con people!!!

Very nice hotel enjoyed my stay there. Had dinner at the buffet, the food was great. The gym was convenient but it lacked sufficient free weights and benches to work out on. Not enough signage at check in, it was a bit confusing. The room was large and the bathroom shower was a welcome change. It was spacious and clean.

Had a conference here at this hotel and decided to check in here instead of some hotels near the strip. This hotel is about 20 minutes ride to/from the strip. It is also right next to a shopping strip. Unfortunately, I had no time to check out. Not bad. I was impressed! The hotel's lobby is pretty grand. The rooms are well appointed and you can see the difference like it is new.

In love with Paris Eiffel tower. 460 feet below grounds. Its a breath taking!

Love it, stayed there for 5 days as a Diamond member. The wife and I will definitely be going back.

Going to Vegas is magical and fun. Paris Las Vegas made it so I had not a single worry the whole time there.

Went up to the top of the tower great views people are very friendly it's a lovely place to go shopping area there also

Had a great visit. The only downside was, we went into a pastry shop, and ordered 2 chocolate croissants. They were very stale, and we're told by the staff they were fresh! Other than that, great visit.

I'm not interested in casino but the Paris was one that i liked. It was a nice place to host defcon27

Our stay was subpar at best. The A/C unit did not work upon check-in, the office chair was extremely dirty (I think it used to be red) and the windows to our "view" were extremely dirty. To top it off, the tower wasn't even lit during our stay. I understand there were electrical issues, but everything about our stay seemed to exemplify the poor attention to detail by hotel management.

Very nice and clean hotel. Would definitely stay again. Well lit in hotel hallways...pleasant scent as soon as you get into hallways of rooms. Room was clean. Casino floors were clean and well lit also.
