Great company i had trouble with sending a load and Mr. Williams was able to make it happen would highly recommend

In the beginning it was great. I was an owner operator of a pick up truck F350. But then I got conned into being a company driver and it was ok for most part. But I have a CDL and I was told I didn t have to drive tractor trailers if I joined the team as a company driver, only stale bed 24 ft. Management agreed! Then they had to ask if I could help out I said no and they asked again. I was stupid and said yes but I said only one time that s it! They said ok. But then they asked again and again and again and after a while they didn t ask any more just forced me to do it even it I contested it and told them we agreed that I wasn t going to do this. They said well you have a CDL so you have to drive whatever we need you to. I m like so just because my meat is 10 inches long then I guess I have to do porn right? Management didn t like that statement. But while being forced to work at night driving tractor trailers their office is in an unsafe and unsavory part of town they broke into their property and stole my personal mode of transportation (F350 Super Duty). They were like too bad so sad! It s your responsibility to find a way to work Uber, Lyft, Family, Friends whatever just get here and force drive the tractor trailer and disturb your family at 3:30am to get you home.

The police found my vehicle damaged and in need of repair. The company had no property insurance of any kind BUT !!!! Damage their old equipment and they dock your pay immediately. And to add insult to injury they give me a $500 LOAN to repair my truck that cost $2,700.00 and they made it clear it was a loan. What am I supposed to pay with $500 a wheel or 1/4 of the truck?

I was like fine I ll pay it out of my pocket. But what was done to me by self proclaimed general management was like tipping a rapist was they would NOT allow me to park inside the building because I ate a few pieces of candy that he did NOT purchase with his money out of a candy bag that was inside the building and he goes around telling everyone in the office business that s between me and him behind my back saying I m not letting him park inside because he s going to come in my office and look thru my papers. Hahahahaha what do you think you do here. A NUTLESS MONKEY can do your job!!!!!!!!!

I can do his job better than he can. Just because he was a pick up truck driver not even a mans truck like a big ford or dodge or Chevy he pulled a Nissan mini Truck. and he weasled his way into management and or has something on the owner which makes him out of Teflon he will never be in the wrong or never get in trouble.

Just because he had CDL drivers in his family doesn t give him the experience in the industry. That s like having a plumber come look at a problem and his wife pops up and gives her opinion and she s not even a plumber just because it s in her family it must give her experience.

So to make a long story short DO NOT TRUST Houston mamangement. They lie, they scheme, they mistreat, and make sure you get things in writing !!!!!!
And don t expect a check over $700 a week take home. No vacation pay either ( they have been working on vacation pay for company drivers for over 3 years I was there but somehow inside company workers have vacation pay, sick days, and bonuses every Christmas brought down personally by the owner himself. And drivers get a BONE US That s why they work hard to keep drivers out of the office. Out of sight out of mind. OH! And their days of running illegal are over thanks to ELD s hahahaha I bet they hate that.

Just fair warning a person who claims to be GODLY is the biggest problem. So like I said make sure you get it in writing and be vigilant.

The dispatchers could use more diplomacy in communication

This is my workplace, As a contractor I go anywhere they lead me to go to pick up until deliver

This guys are up front they're honest to the customer and they help provide an excellent service

If you're a customer and you absolutely need that packet that piece of equipment they will get it there no matter what the weather or the environment is they will Deliver

No manners, no education,very rude people. They need to go back to school, oh wait, you dont learn this things at school.
