A little forced by the events, I took part in the guided excursion to Cala del Forno. Beautiful surprise. Marco guided us on the path illustrating faunal, morphological and historical aspects that otherwise I would not have even dreamed of. Definitely to be recommended. An unknown world opens up to you.
Very nice place and everyone went to your four-legged friend too.
uncontaminated green area full of various nature itineraries for walking, cycling or horseback riding. great for trying to see or photograph the fauna of course if you visit it alone and in silence
a natural park full of local wild animals .... very large with the possibility to do many activities and trekking routes to the sea ... pristine and sorbegliate beaches .... those who like wild nature is the ideal place .. . just wonderful.
You can take guided walks but also bike rides. Sea and countryside within reach.
Very nice area in the south of the Maremma! April and May is a good travel time, the temperatures are pleasant and few tourists! The locals are helpful and nice!
Beautiful park surrounded by nature, with animals, possibility of excursions by bicycle, on horseback. Too bad you can't enter in August. Tip: online booking or car parking for just three hours each, with the card expiring! to give everyone access to see the park and the beach !!!
A wonderful place where you can spend the whole day, and end your walk in stunning natural surroundings with a rest on a beautiful beach. There are many routes available in the park - from those that can easily be covered by a few-year-olds, to those that should be prepared in advance (mountain footwear is the basis!). The staff is very helpful and patient - helping everyone choose the optimal route.
A wild and beautiful place. If you go in spring don't miss the various paths. Unspoiled nature.
The classic excursion: from Alberese to the ruins of the monastery of San Rabano. 12 km there and back. More or less halfway, on the left, there is a "mystical" meadow among ancient olive trees. A carpet with flowers. Low difficulty, it's for everyone. Entry 10 euros. Leaving in the morning, you can also return by taking a tour around the Poggio and without retracing your steps. Difference in height about 300 meters.
