I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids so the flexibility of leading edge is what has made it possible for me to pursue my flying dreams. I love how I have a say in the depth and breadth of my learning. I do not just want to do the minimum for a license, I want to be exposed to much more. The instructors support me in this and help me form a flying education that fits my personal goals. I have flown with 5 of the instructors and they are all excellent.

Just went on an hour long discovery flight I gifted to my partner for her birthday and it was a blast!
Ethan was our pilot and went out of his way to make it a surprise. I blindfolded her before we arrived and Ethan took walked us silently through the hanger so the first thing she saw was the plane, and then was told you re going to fly that!
Our flight was beautiful and fun, going over the front range hills and reservoirs, and Fort Collins where we got to see our home from the sky.
A+++ amazing, the experience was well worth it.

Great place to learn to fly. I did one of the LivingSocial intro flights and it was awesome!! Great bunch of guys too, very knowledgeable. Very customer & safety oriented. Bought their Gliem Pilot Kit, now I just need to fly.

I've always wanted to learn to fly since I was a kid, when i finally decided to pursue my avation dream i chose Leading edge flight training. I could not be more than happy with this flight school! All the instructors are fantastic! They have been excellent at working with my schedule, and helping with any topic I need a little more help with during training. And my primary CFI Marcus has be an absolute pleasure to work with! For anyone who wants to learn to fly or advance to IFR or commercial, I highly recommend contacting Leading edge!

Awesome flight school! The instructors that work at Leading Edge personalize every bit of training specifically to you and are incredibly knowledgeable. I've logged over 200 hours in their Piper Cherokee 180 and have had nothing but good things to say. Most definitely would recommend everyone uses Leading Edge to achieve their aviation aspirations.

Great school and good staff. Everyone is relaxed as well. Also amazing prices for plane rentals.

I am so glad I picked leading edge over the other schools I was looking at. Everybody there is so friendly and all of the instructors are great! They have a good amount of planes and the maintenance is amazing!

Their customer service, as well as their exemplary knowledge made them a pleasure to work with! Nice personal flight school, but limited resources. Went there hoping the fly the Diamond that shows up on the home page, but they don't have a diamond in the fleet(Odd to have on home page then). Gave a 4 star due to limited number of aircraft and nothing modern or glass. Otherwise, it seemed a nice safe environment. Personally seeking more modern equipment.

Took an intro flight and had an awesome time. Laid back environment and the staff was very informative. Very reasonable rates to other schools I checked out.

The best place to learn to fly! Such amazing people and an awesome atmosphere. My CFI David is the bomb.com and I always have so much fun while learning all the things. Couldn t recommend leading edge more!

I have been training with Jane and Carson to get my private pilot license and they booth have been great. I really like the low key non-stressful environment for hat is at leading edge. The wealth of knowledge and experience that the instructors have has been a great benefit to me during my training. If you are looking into getting your private pilots license I would highly recommend training with Leading Edge Flight School!!

Leading Edge has helped me work on my PPL in the recent months with professional talented CFI s. As long as you re doing your part, their outline for training is sure to get you to your goals are in aviation.

Had a great experience getting checked out in their Cessna 172. As a low time private pilot with just a few hours in a 172 I was able to take two quick familiarity flights to get checked out and received positive and useful instruction from Carson. Looking forward to flying with them again soon for some mountain and tailwheel training.

I feel so lucky to have ended up at Leading Edge for my flight training. The instructors are excellent at what they do and it feels like everyone really wants to see you succeed. When I first started looking into flight schools I went back and forth between part 61 and part 141 schools, I ended up picking this particular part 61 and not only is the quality of instruction very high, they are also so flexible and the experience was tailored to what I needed at many points along the way. I just finished my private pilot s license a couple of weeks ago and it could not have been a better experience. I m now going on the start my instrument rating and commercial license, and you can bet I ll be staying at Leading Edge through all of it!

Leading Edge Flight Training has been nothing short of amazing throughout my training with them thus far. The staff are extremely welcoming and supportive, and you can always count on the friendly encouragement and praise of other pilots at the school. I work with Marcus, and he never fails to ensure I understand the material he is teaching, whether it be on the ground or in the air. I recently moved from South Carolina looking to continue my flight training full-time. After interviewing 3 flight schools in the area, I chose Leading Edge. When I toured the facility and spoke with a few of their team members, it was apparent that all of them were passionate about teaching. I have been training with them for almost two months, and have learned so much! My primary CFI is Marcus, but I have learned from all of their instructors, who have been super friendly and helpful. Great training, awesome CFIs, awesome school!

These guys have been nothing but helpful when it came to learning different ways to train, finance, and pursue my aspirations of flying. Steve has been my flight instructor for my last 50 hours and has done a great job in prepping me for my checkride. Additionally, Austin their office manager is a pleasure to work with and has made the experience seamless from start to finish!
