Awesome, attractions, shows, fireworks to finish the day in style

Family park and very nice little downside for the rides where you have to book more possibilities to book for the whole day from 11:30 am to 12 pm. Cleanliness of toilets to be reviewed. Affordable catering price (cafeteria) compared to other parks. Good time with the family.

Nice atmosphere a first for us in the middle of winter. Simple but effective decoration for a Christmas atmosphere, foam making snow, giant Christmas tree ...

Just do not give 5 stars, because the attendants of the trailer has no education.

Superb day a pity that some rides had a lot of waiting

The online queue makes it possible to reduce the waiting time, but when there is none, the waiting time increases to 2 hours or more. The halloween decorations are concentrated in the main street and not really distributed throughout the park, despite everything you can be surprised by a giant migale, a guy with a chainsaw or even a white lady. Haunted houses are more and more scary, but I find it a shame to charge a house to be scared. The menus are expensive, plan a picnic.

For a family visit, plan a big budget for the day: a 50cc bottle of water is 2.70 . Otherwise the children will enjoy the attractions.

Dreamy park, we liked it a little more than Disneyland ... it's closer to children's fairy tales and the simplicity of childhood imagination.
There is a lot to admire, from their exquisite hermitage of heroes to heroes everywhere, to the lush streets and we enjoyed a show with trained birds. We went in late August

Big as little adore. There are attractions for everyone. Do not miss the dolphin show and the fireworks show in the evening before closings. Choice of affordable restaurants and it's good. There is a small cafe with cozy armchairs and sofas with "animal skins" when in there you don't want to leave. Only downside the only fuss we found was really not good. The people who take your photos with the possibility to buy at the exit good idea but a little expensive. For Christmas the show with the one who wants the skin of Santa Claus is to see it is great. The hot spots for an extra superb break. We recommend this park where it has so much to see and do.

A dirty towel in the wardrobe and a dresser filled with garbage. After warning the staff at the reception who is very kind, it was eager to come clean. Too bad.

Park at the top as usual, just a shame that the health rules for covid 19 are not respected.

First time for us in the park, organization of the parking, price 15 , come early to enjoy the rides, not bad the reservation system for some rides, the wearing of the mask in general respected, there are small stands to win big stuffed animals very addictive attention the one with the basketballs, there is not bad to eat, buy ice cream, cotton candy, even chi-chi too bad there is only 1, even the employees were courteous and pleasant, frankly there is something for everyone level merry-go-round, satisfactory day on the whole, we would come back, because we have to spend a beautiful day.

Always great to spend a day or more in this park for all.

A great park for young and old. We will forget the bad weather we had in early October 2019 during our visit.

The place is beautiful, the scenery is really beautiful, the tails are not too long, there are three types of attractions: for the little ones, with the family and with sensations, for me I found that the most impressive is the Oz Iris carousel, be careful not to be surprised because this park is thrills but do not ride the corn cob is the slowest thing that exists (I almost fall asleep ...) despite the security in the waiting lines, very few visitors can properly wear the mask and remove after passing the security

The lack of civility and neglect of the park and blatant
We even had the right to the manager of TDZ who came to talk to us without a mask when we were stuck on the climb.

In short, despite everything, we still had a very good day (too short, especially given the crowds in the park, 30 minutes minimum waiting time).
I hope to be able to return there next year without all these constraints and the lack of incivilitation

Park still cool! Unfortunately, I had not come for a few years, so back on Monday but now with a foot handicap , I still tried to enjoy the park as best as possible with my boys, but my day was wasted by a fall in an alley (leaving the Pegasus Express)! Cause a wet floor and a simple yellow sign to prevent (it hidden by other visitors) results, unpleasant pain until 15h or I had to leave because the pain became unbearable!

Everyone can have fun, from the smallest to the bravest! Good restaurants, beautiful scenery, lots of mascots for beautiful photos.

Great, but the site management for virtual queues is working poorly

Really bad (see inadmissible) you do not accept gift vouchers for shops while you take them for food while it's forbidden. Apart from that the shows were really great

Fantastic park for the whole family. Attractions for both young and old. A sensational show with dolphins and seals. According to the whole family, the park is definitely better than Disneyland.

The park celebrates its 30th anniversary and is therefore open during Christmas 2019. Almost all attractions are open - those that are in the water are closed. The park is worth it, but the lines make you waste too much time waiting. You can take your food. There are several restaurants and many dog stands, waffles and some more French food option. There was not enough staff to pick up and clean the tables and trays, the garbage cans were overflowing.

where to start ........
we went to the park on Friday October 23, with dated tickets. no worries about our entry.
the park is clean and some sensational attractions we really liked (OZIRIS, PEGAZE, GOUDURIX, TONNERE DE ZEUS), really nice.
the app for reservations allowed us to make the attractions at specific times, respecting the barrier gestures was perfect, freezing everywhere in the park.
the entertainment for Halloween was very nice! invested actors, pretty costumes.
on the other hand, the personnel encountered in the park were morose and not at all invested, unlike the actors. Take the example in parks like Puy Du Fou or Disney, immersion in a theme park like ASTERIX deserves people who are happy to work.
the disappointment was total the next day when access to the park was refused with a dated ticket !! we managed to reach them by phone from the car (in the traffic jam of more than an hour on the highway), suddenly a very nice person told us that the park was full 10 minutes after opening. very poor management of their spectator gauge protocol.
all this to hear us say that the tickets could not be refunded, but exchanged !! ..... we live 500Km away, we are not going to redo the road for a day, in short, extremely disappointed.

to sum up, this park is a little aging and not at all at the level of the neighboring parks, while the theme is so rich in detail and immersion.

This is our favorite amusement park
The only downside, we wanted to eat at the Gallic meal but it is too expensive (39 for an adult) damage

Fantastic rides, queues not too long. Shows very good but they are all in French. Alot of staff could not speak English but with a few words of French and pointing at menus managed to order our meals. Good selection of food outlets and at reasonable prices for France. I would recommend a 2 day pass to do all the rides and see all the shows.

Correct welcome hidden not easy all day but good time

Liked the park! There are many attractions, both extreme and moderate, for children. There is also a dolphinarium, dolphins show. Convenient cafes where you can relax and eat. The park is large, you can not do without a map. It is better to visit in summer, because many water-related attractions are usually cool, but not in cold weather. We were in this Halloween park, so we went everywhere and entertained the audience with animators in zombie, vampire and all sorts of costumes. It was fun!!

The park is increasingly poorly attended. Group of fifteen scum double in the queues, and altercations, insult and threat when you do not give up. Staff totally inert in the face of this. I'm not ready to come back.

A very nice amusement park, varied and suitable for all ages. The park is smaller than Eurodisney or Europe Park and can be exhausted in one day. It is advisable to order tickets online it comes out cheaper, especially for young people -30 per ticket

A fun amusement park for all ages, with impeccable cleanliness and organization. The souvenirs in the shops are overpriced, it's a shame.
Do not forget to register from 10 am on Fillotomatix to perform the thrill rides. A practical but difficult application to do the 7 in one day.

The best in France and without hesitation! If you come being organized you will have a great day.

This park is really excellent, very clean, staff, for the most part, nice. If you want to go during the summer holidays, try to go there during the week, because on weekends the park is really crowded, and the wait is endless. The park hotel is a way to make your stay easier if you want to stay more than a day. The park's closing time at 10pm is also really good, because at this time there is no waiting for attractions.

The attraction booking system is great

Catastrophic the application filotomatix. Impossible to make an attraction without having reserved its access ... once an attraction reserved impossible to make another attraction ... and since the delays are very long, as much to say that one is wasting time in this park .... plus the booking times are not constant .... a new time every 3 minutes. For the quiet day without a cell phone, it's a failure ... so take the park motto and run away to Mickey

A shame, people double dozens in the queues with impunity by going through the decor or forcing the passage. Queue from 1h30 to 2h for the big Roller Coster. I went to the reception to complain at midday to request a refund, I was told that there was nothing I could do. It's unfortunate when you pay 50 euros for entry and 15 euros for parking.

Very nice experience. The attractions are breathtaking! Tip: Organize your route in advance and use the park app. I recommend the smart pass if you want to do all the attractions.

A small flat for the cleanliness of sanitary after qq opening hours. So it is certain that if each visitor had a little more to know how to live together, the toilets would remain cleaner, but still ...

not all the people speak french! There should be at least a english or a german or a dutch guide. Even in the park there is no other translation. Thats sad.. beacause we are living in europe with more languages then france alone. But the amusement park is nice to visite for a day. Toilets are not so very clean but yeah its france ;).

The null filotomatix system! Unable to book an attraction, waiting time that changes when it is our turn. We spend our time looking at the phone and we no longer enjoy the park. And what do people do who don't have a phone or the ability to download the app?

One thing that stands out with this park is that the park employees seem happy and welcoming. This gives a really good vibe. Also the acting out of the Halloween theme is very fun.

This park has many thrilling rides, and others quieter to please everyone
When we went there it was very hot, good idea to have installed different jets of water but I think there is not enough shade, the steps of the basin where the dolphins must evolve should be covered ( not an ounce of shadow), and the price of parking 15 euros is too high.

Nice park and well designed for all. Competent staff. Choose a day in the week if possible to avoid waiting. Many choices of rides for young and old. Plan sandwiches and taste because very expensive on site.

2 days spent in the park. Great time because luckily not many people so reasonable wait at the attractions. Accommodation in a 3 owls hotel with half board extra. I recommend

3 stars because there are good as well as less good ... First of all there is a system that allows you to virtually queue for certain attractions such as the Big Splash for example (the app is called Filotomatix) but it is good for those who have and know how to use their smartphone and it is necessary to provide a battery (or an additional portable battery) because we are constantly with our cellphone to consult the waiting time of the attractions without counting the taking of photos / videos and other uses of the phone ... The meal is very correct (mainly Fast Food in the park) but again to avoid queuing sometimes 30 mins or more it is possible and moreover preferable to order your menus. Afterwards for good, with a child under 6, there are a lot of cool attractions to do with virtually no waiting (Nationale 7, les espies de cesars, the cruise, the carousel, the little train, hydrolix, the small dear bumper ...), on the other hand less good side we went there in August during the week and for some attractions with a little more sensations, there is sometimes an endless queue of around 1 hour of waiting (Menhir express, Oxygenarium, Osiris ....) which can be discouraging. To sum up, a fun day out with the family, but plan a smartphone with a battery accordingly and perhaps also think that your legs will be heavy at the end of the day.
One last word, Covid level, the wearing of a mask is well respected in the park, there are very regular reminders but also security rounds. After the distancing is almost impossible to respect (especially the queues).

Final show badly organized ... we are advised to face the lake, while the fireworks is pulled behind the attraction GOUDURIX. Too bad ... See you again ...

we loved our stay at the suspended city the top rooms and the very kind polite staff, the hearty meals and lots of choice and great time at the attractions.
