we went to the park on Friday October 23, with dated tickets. no worries about our entry.
the park is clean and some sensational attractions we really liked (OZIRIS, PEGAZE, GOUDURIX, TONNERE DE ZEUS), really nice.
the app for reservations allowed us to make the attractions at specific times, respecting the barrier gestures was perfect, freezing everywhere in the park.
the entertainment for Halloween was very nice! invested actors, pretty costumes.
on the other hand, the personnel encountered in the park were morose and not at all invested, unlike the actors. Take the example in parks like Puy Du Fou or Disney, immersion in a theme park like ASTERIX deserves people who are happy to work.
the disappointment was total the next day when access to the park was refused with a dated ticket !! we managed to reach them by phone from the car (in the traffic jam of more than an hour on the highway), suddenly a very nice person told us that the park was full 10 minutes after opening. very poor management of their spectator gauge protocol.
all this to hear us say that the tickets could not be refunded, but exchanged !! ..... we live 500Km away, we are not going to redo the road for a day, in short, extremely disappointed.
to sum up, this park is a little aging and not at all at the level of the neighboring parks, while the theme is so rich in detail and immersion.
1 time, not twice ...
another detail: very expensive park !!! compared to others
15 parking, 40 entry, not counting the prices of consos inside.
weird moreover all his glowing comments, while on social networks, people disappointed like us or for other reasons are extremely numerous ....
update: no response from the park following numerous emails for reimbursement ...
