I had my interview with Marnite Martin on a Tuesday and by Friday I was interviewing and beyond prepared for my interview which I was immediately offered a position as Clinical manager. I don't know where to begin to praise Marnite for her genuine and professional assistance she provided. She was exact in her communication but her delivery was kind, deliberate, knowledgeable, encouraging, precise, effective, she tapped into my personality within the first 5 minutes. Marnite was always available and even after hours she CALLED ME! She is POSITIVE and sincere and just the BEST recruiter I've had the honor to work with. I recommend this medical staffing agency. I hope more people will be as blessed as I was to encounter an awesome recruiter as Marnite Martin.

I used this company a while back and unfortunately I can't say I was happy with my experience. I worked with Elane Buresi and she was the worse! She did not return my calls or emails. She gave me a lot of false promises. Thanks to her, I got into a sticky situation and was left to figure things out on my own. At the end of the day I ended up wasting my time working with her and the company. I will not be using this company again and I can't say I will recommend this company to anyone.

This place is unprofessional! They waste your time, I was called in for an interview and never heard a word. When I called to check the status of the position and other positions, I was meet with your not qualified! Why would you call me for an interview?

I have all the needed skills and qualifications and they still didn't place me. DORINA IS the worse, I don't think she is qualified to be a staffing recruiter!! Very old school Agency and bad attitudes!!!

You really have to work with Kay she is a recruiter there and she is super good

I appreciated the quick work they got me but when my check came in they played with my money claiming that i should come in to get my check(50min drive). When i arrived they told me the checks are mailed if i did not recieve at work, even though i called before coming and they claimed it would be there.

Dorina did not help at all. All kinds of useless testing.

Since moving to Atlanta, I was having a difficult time finding a job that I would enjoy and fit my career goals. My first meeting with Ms. Martin was great. She was very professional and made me feel welcomed. Within days I had an interview with a great company and the position was a great fit. I would recommend Paramount to all my friends and family searching for employment. 10 STARS I am so thankful.

Would not use again, and would not recommend. They do not return your calls. They make you come in just to get info they could have obtained over the phone or via email. Once you get the interview, you really never hear from them again if you don't get the job. I called several times to follow up and never heard back. I never received a phone call or an email after that.

You are much better off on your own.

Working with Paramount and my recruiter Lakeisha Kimes was an amazing experience. They are quick, responsive and helpful through every step of the process. I've recently just started working with paramount and so far I've had a great experience. My recruiter Kay has been amazing thru the entire process and goes above and beyond great lengths and I'm so grateful for her. Even when she is away, she's backed up by a great team specifically Kellie and Kim. I highly recommend this staffing agency and best of wishes to everyone!!!

Horrible place . I would recommend staying far away from this place . Christine is very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait 3 pay periods for direct deposit to go through. And the checks were NEVER ON TIME ! Sometimes waiting weeks for one check . And the supervisor Shannon was very passive about late checks !

I feel so honored and blessed to work for such a wonderful staffing service. Sarah and LaKeisha were relentless at finding me work... Follow up phone calls, after hour emails, and just guiding me through the hiring process for Kaiser. Thank you sooooo much for having a strong work ethic and being dedicated to serving your staff!!!! They continued to give me so much confidence and motivation to keep going. They also provided great feedback and tips to keep improving throughout the steps of the interview process.

This isn t the first time I ve worked with a recruiting company but definitely the BEST experience I ve ever had. The Paramount team, specifically Megan and Taylor, were an honor to work with. I have nothing but positive things to say. Though I did not get the position I was applying for, I felt that the Paramount team had did their very best from day one up until the end.
