Working with Paramount was such an amazing experiencing. I truly felt like they cared about MY success and not just trying to throw people into jobs for their own personal benefit.

I had the pleasure to work with Taylor Watson and Megan Culberson. These two provided SO much support and encouragement throughout each step of the process. They continued to give me so much confidence and motivation to keep going. They also provided great feedback and tips to keep improving throughout the steps of the interview process.

This isn t the first time I ve worked with a recruiting company but definitely the BEST experience I ve ever had. The Paramount team, specifically Megan and Taylor, were an honor to work with. I have nothing but positive things to say. Though I did not get the position I was applying for, I felt that the Paramount team had did their very best from day one up until the end.
