DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I booked this hotel at a recommendation from Virgin Holidays. The long weekend was for a special birthday treat and I booked a deluxe King Size Room. Virgin put on my booking that it was for a special occasion and requested a nice room. The first room provided was incredibly small, there was no bath and it was dirty. On complaining we were moved to another room, which, was fractionally bigger, with a bath but this was also dirty, over looked the air conditioning unit, and there was no room for our clothes. We lived out of suitcases for 4 days. The hotel staff were rude. We also had USPS deliver a parcel to us at the hotel, which, we had to pay the hotel $10 dollars for their "handling service". You get better service and accommodation from Premier Inn. The only positive is it was a good location to Time Square.
Excellent location to times square and Broadway shows. Room was NYC sized but clean and modern. The lobby was elegant and breathtaking. Easy check in although we did have to wait a bit for somebody to help. Parking garage right beside the hotel which is nice for $60 per 24 hrs.
Great location where I was able to walk to a majority of the place I wished to visit and close to Time Square if that's where you want to go. The room is small but for the price its perfect for a solo traveller who wants some privacy. It was also surprisingly quiet! I could hear people in the corridor easily but outside noise wasn't a problem.
They do have a food area but the options are a little limited that if you want a proper meal it is likely worth going out for a walk.
Great Location
Staff was friendly, rooms are as expected, nice and clean. I been to few hotels in NYC and this is one of my favorites so far. If you need a quick workout there's a gym in the hotel.Which is nice and you can get a nice workout done. Entrance and hotel theme was great. The bar at the hotel was decent. If you want some quiet time there's a nice reading area. Overall I like this hotel. Any time I visit NYC this will be the hotel I'll be staying.
Our room was very basic but for the price, adequate. Cost for all days was paid upfront although was tacked at the end of our stay $30/day for amenities. Continental Breakfast = 2 small coffees& a muffin $10 (but it is Manhattan). Staff was friendly although the lady at the breakfast room made sure I knew this was not free. Location is great right in the middle of the action.
Edit: To be fair I up to four stars as It was above average.
This place is quiet clean and the staff was quite nice not what I was expecting. Next will definitely stay again. Close to all the things you want to see in the city
The only good thing this hotel offers is the convenience to a great location. Everything else is either subpar or overpriced. They charge a ridiculous $40 extra hotel facilities fees on top of the regular hotel room costs. The rooms are extremely tiny and with even smaller bathrooms that are practically unusable. There wasn't even enough hot water in the showers. Even storing luggage here incurs an extra fee per bag. I would stay away from this place unless you don't mind overpaying 2x for an abysmal stay.
I was pleasantly surprised with a bouquet of balloons and wine to welcome me for my birthday weekend. The staff was very thoughtful, courteous, and gave us wonderful directions around the city. The rooms were immaculate.
The room it s not nice , i didn t even have a place to move in the room, it s only bed and bathroom, I wouldn t recommend this place
