Paragon Press Review

UPDATE: We finally heard from Brady and he was kind enough to give us an in-person meeting and a tour of the facility. We will be working with him on future projects.
After two phone messages (one left on a voice mail and one left with a secretary) from our CEO, and another email to them from our creative director requesting a sales rep contact us, they didn't bother to respond. It's been two weeks. Our company does professional book design and had several projects to discuss with them, but apparently they have all the work they need. Their website is impressive but their customer service is sorely lacking.

We are very happy with our order! Brady worked very hard to help us get it just right....and it took a few revisions. We will definitely use them again!

I've been working with Paragon for about 10 years. When we first started utilizing them for print, we were much smaller and our projects were few and far between. My company in Idaho has been working with Paragon for 2 1/2 years and we have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They're always dependable, have quick turnaround, and produce excellent quality print products for us. Additionally, some printers just throw their product in a box haphazardly and/or put tight plastic straps directly on the product with no protective layer around the stacks, resulting in damaged corners, crimping, and tears where the straps grip around the sides. Paragon makes sure to pack their product with great care and attention for shipment, like they value their work, and nothing ever arrives damaged. We appreciate their excellent quality and customer service.
