My experience in working with Todd Kirke and Paragon is awesome ! Todd is an amazing Account Executive and is always there to remove any impediments / road blocks for the project and above all a wonderful person to work with. It is really wonderful to work with Paragon.

I have been on both side of Paragon's services and my experience has been A+ each and every time. From being a "recruit'e" to a subscriber of their contracting services - each person I have worked with at Paragon has a high amount of integrity, top to bottom. I have been represented by the big guys - RobertHalf, TekSystems, and others, but the most impressive experience I have had in 20+ years of IT consulting is with DSM-based Paragon. After 12 months of limited-action with others, Greg and Amanda had options for me the same day I reached out, a first interview a few days later, and a confirmed role 10 days after that. It has been a pleasure to see how the company works together. Clear communication and on-boarding from Amber, quick answers from Donna and even time from one of the owners, Joel. Weekdays are expected, but SuperBowl Sunday, evenings, and days off are unexpected surprises. Paragon is "on it" and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Paragon to their potential clients and contract staff!

I've used Paragon in multiple capacities, hiring people, as a contractor myself, and as a consultant group for feedback on trends, payroll and hiring. Amanda, Craig, Greg Jenny, Donna, and really all their folks are outstanding to work with, high quality people who know how to identify talent, work with businesses, and do everything fairly and equitably. I have been working for ParagonIT and it was a really nice experience. They are very flexible and patient. In particular, Todd Kirke has been fantastic to work with. And excellent group.

They are lacking in follow through, integrity and accountability.

On a boundary of being corrupt and violating EOE law. Often they can only submit 1 applicant for a job but harvest dozens of applicants to be kept on the hook to remove competition.

Best example someone called Mitza - he contacted me but on second day went dark, ignored dozens of followup emails in 5 days. Highly corrupt unprofessional behavior.

My experience with Paragon has only been wonderful. From the placement process with Greg, to on-boarding and continuation with Donna, Amanda, and Todd. I definitively feel like an important asset and not just a commission with Paragon unlike most consulting employment agencies.

I have worked with paragon I have been offered and jobs I haven't and as a candidate they have been the best recruiters to work with. They had a discussion with me up front to see what I was looking for and found roles that fit.

Not only did they present me with relevant roles but they stayed in touch and frequently updated me with information they had on their end which isn't super common in IT recruiting.
