Paragon reached out to me with a possible offer. I worked with them get an interview with the company in question, and I am happily employed. My experience with Paragon has been fantastic. They are quick to respond to questions and concerns, they are knowledgeable in their field, and they make you feel welcome and part of a family.

This company has that "midwestern mentality" in regards to work; they are welcoming, hardworking, and they strive to make relationships with each of their contractors and companies that said contractors work for. I remembered their VP personally, and he remembered me. The management here pays attention to their people.
