I have been represented by the big guys - RobertHalf, TekSystems, and others, but the most impressive experience I have had in 20+ years of IT consulting is with DSM-based Paragon. After 12 months of limited-action with others, Greg and Amanda had options for me the same day I reached out, a first interview a few days later, and a confirmed role 10 days after that. It has been a pleasure to see how the company works together. Clear communication and on-boarding from Amber, quick answers from Donna and even time from one of the owners, Joel. Weekdays are expected, but SuperBowl Sunday, evenings, and days off are unexpected surprises. Paragon is "on it" and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Paragon to their potential clients and contract staff!
