The office staff went above and beyond for their employees but the RCM in the field really didn t look out for his newbies,They don t take the time to show the new employees the proper way to work safely and or explain any of the equipment that they expect you to operate,I was laid off due to lack of experience but how are you expect to gather any experience or knowledge if the supervisor isn t willing to help you out and show you how to use the equipment and don t even expect anyone to help you if you get hurt in the field,I had to use my own money to go to the urgent care after I fell 70 feet down into a gully and was left behind,then I hurt my foot and had to take an Uber to the urgent care center and also to get my prescription from the pharmacy and after I was released back to work I was let go and the excuse was I wasn t connecting my boxes correctly and I was even doing that job I was doing something else,but since that is what I was hired for,the was the excuse that Dillion the RCM used to let me go
Do not hire them for anything but small, flat terrain projects. Anything more then a 2D line or 10 sqmi and you can expect lost data, poor quality, going over time, budget and don't expect much from there safety program.
The staff in the office at Paragon Geophysical are very friendly and helpful. Parogon has been a wonderful company to there employees in the field from what I have seen and the pleasure to experience. They make sure we are safe and help us succeed in are work. That being said me and my fellow coworkers make sure we work hard at making sure are work is done Thoroughly and and done write for good quality data for are company paragon... wishing many more good years with paragon Geophysical
