Rude and incompetent. I called and spoke to their secretary(?). Was on the phone for 6 minutes as he took down my name, phone number, information that I was requesting, and other pertinent details. He was very detailed. He then said he would pass it to the agent for a quote. I received a call back about an hour later. The guy starts by asking for me by a wrong name. No big deal, I gave him my correct name. He then says that he got a note to call me but it didn't have anything about why I had called in so then asks what I want. I say, "So I guess the five minutes of information that I gave your guy earlier was just wasted time?" He says, "Ok," and hangs up the phone. Great business model. Find a professional agent somewhere else because this certainly isn't one.

I've been working with this company for a few years, specifically Mike L. I ran into an issue with my HOI, changing from one carrier to another, due to miscommunication on the part of the HOI provider. Once I notified Mike he immediately jumped on rectifying the issue and securing my reimbursemet all while keeping me in the loop regarding the process. This team really looks out for their consumers and sees everything through to completion!

Dave is good at what he does. He got me amazing rates for home and auto. Not to mention BUSINESS insurance! Every time i email him even on weekends or late nights he always responds right away! I highly recommend this company.
